You feel welcome straight away. The location is quiet, but still super connected, ideal for a relaxing stay. Communication with the host was quick, friendly, and straightforward. This was our first time staying with Janine, the property was as described and felt like home from home. There was a bundle of local information to hand, the are is stunning along with local amenities. On property car parking was much appreciated, safe and secure. Booking into to the property is very clear and extremely easy. Will be visiting again in the future. Thank, Kev & Elfie 😊

The apartment is a basement apartment, but it is still very bright due to the large window front in the living area and the beautiful terrace. We felt very comfortable, the apartment is tastefully furnished and has everything you need, even a coffee machine filled with beans. Beds also very good, everything sparkling clean. Aaron and his wife were very friendly and gave tips for the area and restaurants in Bad Iburg. We would book again anytime. We were even allowed to check out later and had the opportunity to take a short bike ride in the morning.

Everything was fine, when there was a problem, Francesca was right on the spot and very accommodating. The communication went smoothly. It also made the more flexible check-in possible for me. Absolute plus. The only thing to keep in mind is the apartment is directly centrally located in the city center, which unfortunately makes parking difficult and is only payable. But that was no problem either, because right around the corner was an inexpensive parking garage :)

The accommodation is super nice, lovingly designed and wonderful for a short (or longer) visit to Bielefeld! You are in a quiet area, but also a short walk to the nearest tram station, which leads directly to downtown. Check-in was super flexible, everything important is available in the kitchen and the bathroom is a dream. Highly recommend!

The place was very nice and quiet. Also very clean. Heike was very kind and accommodating. Note: The lake in the photo is closed off and cannot be reached. Also not visible in summer because of the bushes. It's also better to travel by car. We felt very comfortable and had a good time there. I highly recommend it.

The house was just as described. The location great to us. In the morning, only the birds could be heard. At breakfast and dinner, we always had visitors from 3 blackbirds and two rabbits who were on the lawn. We were able to take beautiful bike tours. With our dog, it was only a few steps through the gate in the garden into the forest. We also liked the walks around the small lake. What was there to complain about? An open description for the TV might have been helpful. Maybe it was also in the drawer in the kitchen, where we also found the description for the oven. We needed them because the setting symbols on the rotary knob are printed very small on the side edge and you can't see them when you're standing in front of the oven. But the manufacturer's designer screwed that up. All in all, we have a quiet, beautiful holiday. It might have been too quiet for our children with the grandchildren

There were three of us in the cute house and there was plenty of room. Perfect location right by the forest in the immediate vicinity of the Externsteine and a lot of beautiful hiking trails through the Teutoburg Forest. Unreservedly recommended.

Very nice newly renovated countryside apartment in an old homestead with fantastic views over the countryside from the terrace. The sauna with a view of nature makes your stay a wellness holiday. Check-in and checkout were extremely straightforward. Hendrik is a very nice host.

We really enjoyed our stay. We went to Bielefeld to visit my wife's sister who is in college. The accommodation is perfectly located: close to the city center, close to the university, close to a very nice park. It is in a pretty and quiet, residential area. The apartment is very nice, functional and very well-equipped. It's perfect for a family with kids. We appreciated the communication with the owners who really sought to make our stay easier. To park the car, parking on nearby streets is limited in duration (3h) and paying, but we were able to park on a street about 600m away and it was unlimited and free. We highly recommend this home!

Very happy with the apartment and how spacious it was. Perfect for my short trip to visit family who were close by. Any questions were quickly answered while I was there.

We were only there for a few days, but would have liked to stay longer. Merle and her husband are wonderful hosts and the apartment is beautiful. We'd love to come back again if we're in the area.

Apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail. There is nothing missing, on the contrary, even coffee and tea or some things you need in the bathroom. In the apartment, you immediately forget that you are in a backyard area. In the living room, you can comfortably watch TV or chill out. We thought the beds were excellent. For a strong physique, the shower could be a bit bigger, but you can manage and everything works. In any case, we felt very comfortable and can absolutely recommend the apartment. Such a clean and well-equipped apartment can rarely be found. The only downside is perhaps the lack of parking directly in front of the apartment, but we were able to find a parking space just under 100 m away to bring the luggage from there to the apartment on a comfortable footpath. It went really well and the specified parking garage is great and can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot and is cheap.
