The whiteloft is one of our top locations that we have been offering on Airb&b since Oct 22. The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Paradise in the countryside

Quiet, small house in the Puderbacher Land with beautiful excursion destinations. It consists of a living-dining room with stove, a small kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a small bathroom with shower and window and a reading-game room. This includes a small terrace with a marquee and a 500 m² garden. It is not completely fenced! Adjacent is a large nature conservation meadow, which is adjacent to the forest. It is located in a small village, the forest is 150 meters away.

Our cozy, modern furnished and quietly located apartment "HOME" with barrier-free access and walk-in shower is located in the state-approved resort of Steimel, by the forest and in the immediate vicinity of the Puderbacher Land cycling/hiking trail. In the village and within walking distance there is a butcher's shop with a mini-market, a doctor's office and an Italian restaurant. More stores are available in approx. 5 minutes by car. The house is surrounded by greenery and yet close to the city. The panorama over the Rhine Valley and the city up to the Deutsches Eck is unique. The house is flooded with light. In the living room there is a Steinway grand piano and a library. Have breakfast in the conservatory or on the terrace in front of the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is particularly large and has its own bathroom. In three of the bedrooms, the mattresses have been on the floor so far.
