Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Steglitz-Zehlendorf

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment for 3 nights for 3 adults. The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, small shops and bakeries which is great for breakfast. There is also a bus stop M41 which is close to apartment and very frequent which we found convenient. Jan and Julia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

FANTASTIC apartment with wonderful host! Our family of six comfortably stayed. Easy 10-15 minute walk to many attractions. S Bahn stop within a few minutes walk to further destinations. Lots of local restaurants and coffee shops. HUGE living room - dining room made family gatherings in the evening fun. Spotless bathroom etc. Incredibly quiet and we all slept great. Felt super safe in the neighborhood. Highly recommend and perfect for a family.

We had a fabulous stay at Cornelius’ place as a family of four with two young (ish) children. Cornelius was very responsive and friendly from the moment we booked until we checked out, giving us flexibility on check in and check out to accommodate our flights. The apartment itself was amazing, spotless and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the balcony with incredible views across the city. It was an easy walk to public transport, restaurants, supermarkets, and parks. We will most definitely be back.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of town. The nearest subway stops are about 15 minutes' walk away. The most positive thing I value is that it is very well equipped and clean. The host responds quickly and the directions for self check-in are very clear.

Very clean modern and comfortable. Full sized washer and dryer felt like a luxury. Large rooftop terrace was great for sunset lounging. Definitely a great stay!

A really wonderful and spacious apartment in Berlin. Metro and S-Bahn within waking distance, as is the Olympic stadium. The place was spotlessly clean when I arrived. The check instructions were very clear and easy to find. It was a pleasure to spend time there and I would happily return and highly recommend this apartment. A+!

A fabulous apartment that you could not be disappointed with. Lift a huge bonus as we were in the roof top apartment! Clean, modern, spacious & had everything you needed. As a previous guest commented the photographs don't do it justice. Transport links close by so location very good. We walked to an Italian restaurant one evening, 20 minutes, and had a super meal. No hesitation in recommending this property.

A lovely house to visit Berlin but to relax after a long day. The area is green and tranquil. For a combined travel group ideal that the house has two bathrooms. Lidl is around the corner and a nice Greek restaurant also nearby. Nice big kitchen with a lot of utilities. Definitely a recommendation.

We spent a week here as a group of 6 friends and had a fabulous time. The house was generous in size, well laid out and beautifully decorated and furnished. We made full use of the fantastic kitchen which had everything even a demanding cook might desire, and shared great meals in the gorgeous dining room (which can comfortably seat 10 or 12). Having two supermarkets (Aldi and another one) within 5 minutes walk was a real plus.) The three bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. (The 'toddler bed' is in fact a full size single bed.) Re location: it mostly took us close to an hour to travel by public transport to destinations in the centre, something to be mindful of. We'd warmly recommend this place for larger groups.

Myself and 3 friends had the pleasure of staying at Clay Gardens for 4 nights. The house was amazing and had everything and more that you will need. House was immaculate with great facilities. Supermarket was close by with easy access to public transport also. Thomas was a wonderful host who welcomed us warmly. Thank you Thomas!

We didn't miss anything in our getaway with the children. We had plenty of space, were also able to stay out of the way and relax and enjoy the time. The beautiful green garden invites you to linger. The equipment of the house is more than complete. From the house we had many opportunities to do something. The neighborhood was very quiet. Claudia was quick to help us with any questions! We spent 6 wonderful days in Cathleen's holiday home. It is wonderfully quiet in a beautiful residential area a few minutes' walk from the beach. The garden is an idyll, and Robby or Schaf, the lawnmower, ensures a very nice lawn. We made daily use of the terrace either at the table or on the comfortable lounge. Everything works perfectly and we can highly recommend the holiday home. Our four-legged friend also liked it here very much.

Hans and his partner were exceptional hosts, offering a serene and beautifully maintained space that provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and creativity. Their patience with my late check-in was greatly appreciated, making my arrival seamless. The peaceful surroundings and thoughtful touches throughout the home created an environment that was both welcoming and inspiring. I was able to write quite a lot. Thanks to the calm and comfort of their lovely spot. I highly recommend their place to anyone seeking a restorative and productive getaway.

It’s a wonderful place. We all really enjoyed it. I wish we had time to use the pool more because my three year-old grandson had a great time in the pool. The nearby park is great for kids and has an interesting history. The only suggestion I have about this Airbnb is the glass table legs are really a hazard. My daughter in law and I both hurt our feet. I ended up wrapping towels around the legs. Also could use a hook or two in the guest bathroom there is absolutely nowhere to hang a towel. The nearby beer Garden with dozens of birds is great fun as well.

Super nice contact with the host. Straightforward check-in, on request a slightly later checkout was also possible. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything you need for the stay and a super comfortable bed and a nice quiet terrace. I'd love to stay again the next time I'm in Berlin!

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as stated and shown in the photos. All the amenities we needed and more were provided. The place was super clean, comfortable, beautiful, and close to most, if not all, key locations. Frank was great and very helpful. We especially loved the orange juice! Totally recommend!!
