Sunny 2 Room Apartment

Sunny refurbished apartment in the heart of Berlin. The apartment has two rooms, including a large quiet bedroom facing the inner court yard and south facing living area with an oversized comfy sofa, dining room table and height adjustable work desk. Off the living room, lies a furnished balcony with table and chairs and lots of direct sunlight. There is a modernised bathroom with washing machine and standing shower as well as a seperate kitchen with dishwasher and full cooking facilities.

Despite its central location, it’s quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. As we live here ourselves, it’s cozy, homely, and fully equipped – perfect for a comfortable stay in Berlin.

Gewerbehof Lehrter Straße, corner Kruppstraße is centrally located, in the middle of Berlin near the main train station directly at Fritz-Schloss-Park with sports grounds and a wellness oasis. The spacious loft on the first floor is very quiet, facing away from the street with views of the countryside and has a balcony. All around, sympathetic people live and work, who are primarily involved with art, architecture, design or craftsmanship.

The Enchanted Garden

The place is artistically designed according to our own ideas. It is located in our single-family house on the 1st floor. It has its own entrance via an external spiral staircase. The surrounding area is very green and quiet. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The U-Bahn station Kurt Schumacher Platz is 400 meters away. By U 6, you are in the city center in 20 minutes.

You'll be renting a formally commercial space turned into a cozy studio. It's located in the heart of Moabit. The neighborhood is full of shops, restaurants, and bars. The U-Bahn (Subway) is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. There is also a bus going to the central station. The apartment is located on the street level of a side street. So, please mind that it could get a bit noisy.
