The apartment is on the upper floor of the residential building of a classic East Frisian farm in Burhafe near Wittmund in a rural area. The North Sea is only about 16 km away. The apartment has an area of about 80 square meters. A washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment. Parking is available right in front of the entrance. Dogs are welcome. Even if you want to bring your horse, this is possible. On the farm live 2 ponies, 2 dogs and ducks and geese and 2 people. ;-)

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. Welcome to the Zugvogel vacation home. The house is in Tengshausen, a small town right on the North Sea coast. The cottage is located in an easily accessible secluded location overlooking the fields and meadows in the surrounding area. Perfect for relaxing on the terrace. In 2016, the house was modernized and tastefully decorated. From the house it is only 1000 meters as the crow flies to the North Sea and 4 km to the beautiful (dog) beach in the resort of Schillig.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
