Kid-friendly holiday rentals in São Paulo

We had a wonderful weekend in the house! The place is Amazing. The house has several rooms, which gave us a lot of comfort and privacy. The playground was a great success with the children, and everyone took advantage of the barbecue space for meals and enjoy good times together. The house offers a perfect environment for bringing family and friends together, and without a doubt, we will come back more often.

Our stay at Janine's was wonderful. The house is large, well airy, with full kitchen, and arrangement of ideal rooms for families. We love that even sun umbrellas and beach chairs were available for use. In an isolated case we need to consult Janine, the answer was in a few minutes. Janine also has a support network if necessary. All of this is provided after the final confirmation of the reservation, very well detailed. I recommend and plan our return!

Marco is a great host, friendly, nice to talk, quiet and fair. At the time of check-in and check-out had the possibility of the flexibility of he adjusted for us. The house is beautiful, beautifully decorated and preserved. Some highlights are the good and quiet air conditioners of the rooms, the high right foot of the amplitude for the whole house. The leisure area has a beautiful and well treated garden with a beautiful lawn by the pool. The 02 refrigerators are also very functional. The bedroom is wc on the ground floor is great for people with limited mobility, as was the case with my parents. We recommend it.

Great house and spacious yard for kids and dogs. Very good BBQ area table! Remember to bring repellent. A ceiling fan in the living room/ kitchen and barbecue area would be wonderful. Spacious rooms with air conditioning and all very clean. We love and I will definitely be back. There are beautiful beaches in São Sebastião, going by car is very close. I recommend :)

Ana was super friendly and understanding, giving several indications of tours and places to go inside the historical center. The house space is amazing and the backyard is full and quiet.

We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to be welcomed again. Thank you for everything.

the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

I booked Jacira's place for my son and she was wonderfully attentive. It was almost a month of hosting and the place met the needs very well. Jacira was super helpful, nice and that gave me a very great security. We will be back for sure and whenever we need it will be our little house in SP.

EXCELLENT , VERY ORGANIZED FLAT

Pousada Klints Kalni Lodge is a super cozy location. Well located (you can do almost everything by foot if you want), super quiet and cozy place. The host Marlene always helpful and a great person to catch up on the prose. The impeccable room, comfortable bathtub, kitchen with lots of details and utensils to make your stay very practical.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures! All clean and organized! Rodrigo is very attentive and responds quickly!! I don't have anything to complain about!

The ground floor apartment is large and with everything it takes to spend pleasant days. The neighborhood is very polite and the location is close to universities, pharmacy, supermarket (next door) and good restaurants. I certainly intend to return.

An easy-to-find location, Roberio warned me about not having parking but I managed to find a way to leave the car in a spot on the street, right next to the building. Everything was organized and both the checkin and the checkout were quiet.

Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

Excellent, the apartment is very well decorated, equipped and comfortable. It has everything you need. Air-conditioning in all the rooms is a great differential and made the stay very comfortable. Tabata was very solicitous and kind. I highly recommend!

I stayed 15 days in this apartment with two other friends, we fell in love with everything, very organized, clean, Carlos was always kind, helping us with everything, always very polite. Well located, everything is very practical and easy to access, I highly recommend it.

ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

The apto is 2 blocks from the beach and also has restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies basically next door. Access to the center is also easy, about 3km. And is also close to the highway on which you can access the beaches of the northern region. The space is big and the kitchen complete, it would come back again!

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Our stay was excellent. Apartment with a great location, practically 3 blocks of the beach, very clean and organized, enough kitchen utensils for a stay with convenience, we had all the necessary information and we still got bonbons. We will definitely return!

Apt very good ,safe the view to the sea is wonderful. Ricardo, the very helpful host for sure, we'll be back more often.

Great location, service, facing the beach, boardwalk, relatively close trade, cordiality of staff, secure parking, a stay that time passed very quickly, made you miss!!

The Studio is amazing, it's in line with the images on the listing. Unfortunately the center is complicated because of the homeless people, I went with family and I couldn't get to know the surroundings because of that. The building is amazing, clean and beautiful, but the location leaves something to be desired. There is security at night for entry and exit of the building, he accompanies you to the market and the pharmacy near the building.
