The house is excellent, with a privileged location, a clean and well-organized environment. The hostess was extremely attentive and was always available to meet our needs.

We love to stay in the house! A very quiet and private place, the sunrise from the bedroom is indescribable! I recommend it for couples and groups of people, the house is rustic but full of special touches and cozy.

Simply amazing! The accommodation is excellent, and it exceeds expectations, it is very welcoming and makes us fully in connection with nature, you leave with the renewed energies! Pegamos 2 more cloudy days, but the space is so tasty that to enjoy it very well, the bathtub is great for these days ☺️ Very clean, organized space, with all kitchen utensils and bed and bath linens! Leonardo was very attentive and careful with my lodging, super quick in the answers and even helped me with an extra decoration that I requested from him! Impecavel! I'll definitely want to go back!

I will start with the house... identical to the photos, to be sincere... even better in person, all very clean, cozy, smelly and very well equipped. The location.. without words! just going to see which words do not define, who wants to rest in a little piece of paradise is there. About your Vavá, dearest person, an energy too good, always very attentive and helpful. I don't give any more stars because here it's only 5 kkkk Mr.Vaavá we'll go back saw! Ana's house is a very special place! Super cozy living room, bedroom with a wonderful view, spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The view from the deck, the shower with ice-cold water and the pool are a spectacle in themselves. You also have the possibility of entering the sea through the rocks, which makes everything more special, with the feeling of having a beach just for you. A breath in the midst of our frenetic routine. Access to the house has a very steep staircase, but if you hold the handrail and go down slowly, it's quite easy. The same thing to have access to the lower deck/sea. They were very delicious days and I will definitely return more often! Ana's proactivity and quick returns make all the difference! :)

The house is really the wonder you see in the listing. Lots of structure, beauty and comfort. All well integrated. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. The view is a show apart, amazing, as well as the barbecue area and pizza oven. We had all the support of everything we need quickly and with great kindness and warmth. The condominium is close to Julião beach, which is sensational. It was an amazing weekend. Too much worth it!!!

The house is beautiful, extremely comfortable! The kitchen is VERY equipped, it has new and complete utensils. The whole house clean, part of perfect gardening, clean pool, all well taken care of! Guilherme always attentive and polite, responded quickly, shared very clear checkin and checkout information, in addition to providing a guide to the condominium and region to improve the stay. We will definitely be back.

I would like to recommend the house as it has good structure, easy cleaning. The space holds well the number of people and the outside area is wide and with a beautiful view.a pis ina is excellent, with the area of the barbecue very close by.

The apartment in Itamambuca is simply fantastic and I can recommend it with all my heart. The garden is very nice and there are many birds and also other animals such as opposition, etc. The way to the beach is very close and the equipment of the apartment is brilliant. I'm sure I'll be back.

I stayed in this house and simply loved the experience! The house is beautiful, super cozy and has a climate that makes us feel at home from the first moment. All very well cared for, clean and with a charming decoration that brings even more comfort. The location is also excellent — close to the center, with easy access to everything I needed during the stay.

Impeccable house, Ronaldo very attentive to the guests, house in front of the beach, next to bars restaurants, supermarkets, was the best home the best service that even today me and my family have had on Airbnb,whenever returning to a beautiful island we will return to this house for sure !!

Romain's house was the perfect place for our stay in Picinguaba. In the left corner of the beach, the house is isolated from the centre of the village and you feel alone in nature. From the huge wooden balcony, you can see a beautiful view of the other end of the beach and the entire neighboring stretch of the São Paulo coast, as well as the Serras do Mar and Bocaina on the horizon. The house was impeccably clean, the furniture and kitchen utensils well maintained. Romain was still super helpful and quick to respond, even from afar, and the people responsible for the house (Gal and Cacau) were friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. The house also has access to a charming and delightful pebble beach for relaxing away from human presence. We'll be back more often for sure!

Home with a spectacular view, great location, next to a mall, market, bakery. Pleasant and very tasteful environment, super-equipped kitchen. The condominium deck facilitates speedboat rides. Super I indicate!

We had a wonderful stay at this magical place. It’s basic and an escape from modern life - don’t expect modern luxuries but it’s perfectly comfortable and we loved being there. We were lucky enough to see turtles, monkeys and a wide array of birds while there and the views of the ocean and surrounding islands are stunning. Claudia (the housekeeper) is helpful and a good cook, and we made the easy journey to Paraty one night for dinner with thanks to the boat service available. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with the information provided.

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

We had a fabulous time at Anelice’s place. So serene, so peaceful, amazing view. A standout for us was the maid who went above and beyond each day and went as far as folding all of our clothes! She definitely made our stay better. Anelice was also very responsive, any question we had, she would respond very quickly. Highly recommend.

Unique experience in this very atypical accommodation, access by boat and the kayaks available offer you a life of adventure that I had not yet experienced. Accommodation and complete equipment, note of scheduled power outages on the island but a generator would be available although we did not need it.
