Excelente lugar para pasar unos días en una estancia confortable y con las amenidades necesarias para no querer salir de ella

La casa muy bonita y grande, la limpieza muy bien, la temperatura en la alberca y jacuzzi siempre excelente, el sistema de sonido que tiene te permite disfrutar mucho y divertirte pues también tiene karaoke. El anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente y fue muy atento a la llegada, nos explicó con detalle las cosas importantes. Muy buena experiencia, regresaría sin dudar.

Es de facil acceso, muy próximo al centro, se puede prescindir del auto y llegar caminando. El alojamiento es amplio, cómodo y muy bien equipado. Tiene un hermoso patio con cesped, plantas, sillas, mesa que disfrutamos mucho. La propiedad es segura y con privacidad. Los anfitriones siempre estuvieron al pendiente. Nos impresionó el silencio y la tranquilidad. Muy recomendable.

Excelente atención en tiempo y forma. Nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos. Todo está como en las fotos, la tranquilidad de estar en medio del bosque es una delicia y se hace aún más agradable con una fogata en el atardecer, tienen todo para hacer la experiencia única. La cocina más completa que he visto en un airb&b. Lugar ideal para desconectarse y convivir.

Excelente alojamiento, tiene detalles bonitos de decoración, la regadera al aire libre es una gozada, la temperatura del jacuzzi siempre perfecta, la cocina bien equipada y la limpieza digna de mencionar: todo super limpio, la ropa de cama y toallas limpias y oliendo rico. El internet funcionó bien todo el tiempo y el único inconveniente que tuvimos fueron los cortes de energía eléctrica pero fue un tema de toda la zona por los aguaceros, fuera del control del anfitrión, por supuesto. Sin duda regresaremos pronto.

Excelente lugar. 100% recomendable para ir con la familia o con amigos . Es importante considerar llevar alimentos , botanas , agua y bebidas . El lugar te invita a quedarte , disfrutar de su alberca, su jardín, su área de juegos , así como su terraza.

I had a wonderful stay! Luz and Edith were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made everything smooth and easy. The place was very private, clean, and I felt completely safe. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Stay here—you won’t regret it! Very quiet and the decor is so tasteful.

Gran lugar para pasar el fin de semana, preparar y beber unas copas, y disfrutar del ambiente que permite generar el lugar. Adicional, Giovanni es un excelente host y muy atento al detalle. Sin duda recomendado al 100%.

Este alojamiento fue fantástico para lo que estábamos buscando fui con mi mamá por dos días a la ciudad y fue un muy buen lugar para hospedarnos, la área es tranquila por la noche, por las mañanas es un buen lugar para recorrer, mi mamá se sintió muy feliz ya que pudo descansar increíble, la cama era muy cómoda, y francisco fue muy amable nos dio indicaciones claras, la comunicación fue excelente.

The location of this spot is very convenient with restaurants and panderia within walking distance. I loved that the place was fully stocked on everything I of course bring my own travel supplies but if you like to pack lightly that is not problem if you choose to stay here since they have all the toiletries already. only suggestion for future guess: 1. place is kind of hidden/ not easy to locate for the first time so it is best to meet host at the corner store (oxxo) seconds away from the place. Or perhaps host can post picture of their door from the street. 2. make sure to practice turning on the shower water while the host is still there just to make sure you understand how

This property is gorgeous, nestled in the Santa Monica neighborhood. This property looks even more impressive than the photos.

The apartment is all brand new and very charming for new construction. It’s in a pretty good neighborhood, close to lots of great restaurants and everything you need. The price is slightly on the higher side for the square footage, but it feels worth it since everything is new and well-designed. The AC works, though we wished it was a bit stronger—especially with the extreme heat in Mérida at the end of May. Also, the soap and shampoo provided smelled really good, which was a nice touch. Overall, a lovely stay.

Beautiful place to stay and walkable to so many great places! View from the apartment is gorgeous and a lot bigger than we were expecting. Will definitely be back!

This apartment was in a great location - walking distance to all the main sites - or a short uber ride. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. Would recommend!

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación ideal, cerca de prácticamente todo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para quedarse todos los días que uno quiera. La llegada es muy cómoda y ante cualquier cuestión el anfitrión siempre está al pendiente. Lo único que sí quiero comentar y que no sé si será algo que sucedió durante los días de nuestra estancia o será algo de continuo y es que al lado del edificio se encuentra el museo de tolerancia y justamente en las tardes/noches se juntaba mucha gente manifestándose a favor de la marihuana, con un olor muy fuerte y se podía sentir algo de inseguridad. Ventajas o desventajas de hospedarte en una zona tan céntrica. Quitando eso, que no tiene nada que ver con el anfitrión que siempre estuvo atento, el alojamiento es perfecto y seguramente volveríamos a repetir.

Great condo location, modern architecture, amenities and excellent front desk and service staff. The condo and area was safe and secure, but even though condo was on 3rd floor and glass sound absorbing, there was still some street noice during night that can affect peaceful sleep. Staff was always ready to assist and even though we skipped some days, staff was ready to clean condo daily. We had wonderful experience, cool mornings and evenings and of course great Polanco street atmosphere and lots of top rated restaurants. We highly recommend it.

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!
