everything is fine in general, the housekeeper is very kind at all times. only the area of the house seemed a little isolated but the rest is excellent

It is a very nice house, very close to the lake, the pool area is excellent as well as the play area, two people attentive to what you need, which is excellent, in general the house is very good, in addition the garden is very large and with many plants, also the parking is very spacious.

Norma is very accessible with the schedules, the instructions to get to the house were very accurate and clear, the house was clean and tidy, the space is spacious for 6 or up to 8 people, the pool is clean, in general we had a great weekend in the stay.

Our stay was absolutely perfect from the first moment. The place exceeded all my expectations - the facilities were spotless, comfortable, and with a cozy touch that made me feel at home. The location was ideal, a lot of privacy above all and a unique view. In addition, Mr. José was exceptionally kind and attentive, always willing to help with any request or recommendation. The details did not go unnoticed: the views, the tranquility that the garden transmits. This place certainly became my favorite and I hope to come back soon, we recommend it 100%.

The house is very large, clean and spacious, Mr. Feliciano who was in charge of handing us over and supporting us, super friendly and helpful. We loved the house and had a weekend very father and at ease with the whole family.

The whole stay was great! It has a good space for pets and very easy access to the lake. The only recommendations we could make is that they put a bathroom downstairs and/or for the garden and pool as there are only bathrooms upstairs. And the other is that it would be incredible that the rooms had air conditioning as it is very hot at night. Outside, everything was perfect! We had a great time!

Excellent, very attentive and friendly, book a few hours before and everything was very fast, the pool was always at a good temperature and perfect for children and adults.

The house is very comfortable to spend fun-filled days with family or friends in the infinity pool, the garden which is very well maintained, the pier where you can see spectacular sunsets and the lake that is the main protagonist of your stay in this house. The only thing is that both the lake and the house's small beach had a lot of dead fish due to the season, but it's definitely not a house issue. Ursula's service is excellent, immediate and first-class, she is always attentive and gave us very good advice before arriving, so we had a better time than we expected. Also, Ernesto's service, who takes care of the property, is also excellent. He was always attending to any need at the time in the place and with great kindness. And finally, the kitchen and cleaning people, very good cooks, super helpful and in general all very kind! I highly recommend the property!!!

The house and garden are beautiful. The garden is very nice to take out the table and have breakfast out there. The only thing we didn't foresee was bringing drinking water and we needed a pot to boil water, but it was easy to get out with the car and find a grocery store nearby. We rested beautifully. Juan was very hospitable.

Karla is an excellent host always attentive to your needs as well as her team Claudia and Luis super friendly. Her very nice house, we had a very pleasant weekend. Recommended to pay for the boiler so that the water in the pool is always warm. Having a footballer is a super plus for guys and adults to have fun.

Great service and excellent house

It was a magnificent experience, from contact and communication with Gonzalo to getting to the accommodation and seeing everything it offered. Gonzalo provided us with clear instructions on how to get there, the rules of the place and recommended activities and places to visit, and was always attentive to anything we need. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities, there is an Oxxo and places to buy food at a short distance if a vehicle is not carried. Likewise, the amenities with more that the place has, such as the pool, terrace with barbecue, a spectacular view, among others, make it the perfect place if looking to disconnect from work and relax. We only had a topic with the internet during the last night that we were there, but being something very punctual, I think it was the subject of the service provider and not a problem of another kind.

I loved everything, super comfortable, I was alone with my 3 little children and there is a tiendita alado walking 10 steps away, all super friendly, I always felt safe, super if I recommend it

The space is a short distance from the center of Amealco (3 Min by car with the heat so intense it is complicated to walk) , totally bardeado my dog was safe inside the property,the ducks and geese that live there are safeguards for the comfort of pets, Edith helped us appropriately with some details during our stay

It's a very nice and comfortable place to disconnect from the city and have a nice time as a couple. It has all the necessary amenities for the stay, the only thing that could be fought is with the mosquitoes but with a good repellent it is solved. I will definitely be back in the future.
