Excellent place to spend a few days in a comfortable stay and with the necessary amenities to not want to leave it

The house is very nice and large, the cleanliness is very good, the temperature in the pool and jacuzzi is always excellent, the sound system allows you to enjoy yourself and have fun because it also has karaoke. The host was always attentive and was very attentive upon arrival, he explained the important things in detail. Very good experience, I would return without hesitation.

It is easily accessible, very close to the center, you can do without the car and get there on foot. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped. It has a beautiful courtyard with grass, plants, chairs, and a table that we enjoyed a lot. The property is safe and private. The hosts were always on the lookout. We were impressed by the silence and tranquility. Highly recommended.

Excellent service in a timely manner. They made us feel very comfortable. Everything is as in the photos, the tranquility of being in the middle of the forest is a delight and it is even more pleasant with a campfire at sunset, they have everything to make the experience unique. The most complete kitchen I've ever seen in an airb&b. Ideal place to disconnect and socialise.

Excellent accommodation, it has nice decorative details, the outdoor shower is a joy, the temperature of the jacuzzi is always perfect, the kitchen is well equipped and the cleanliness is worth mentioning: everything is super clean, the bed linen and towels are clean and smell good. The internet worked well all the time and the only inconvenience we had was the power outages, but it was a problem in the whole area due to the downpours, beyond the control of the host, of course. We'll definitely be back soon.

Excellent place. 100% recommended to go with family or friends . It is important to consider bringing food , snacks , water and drinks . The place invites you to stay , enjoy its pool, its garden, its playground , as well as its terrace.

I had a wonderful stay! Luz and Edith were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made everything smooth and easy. The place was very private, clean, and I felt completely safe. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Stay here—you won’t regret it! Very quiet and the decor is so tasteful.

This accommodation was fantastic for what we were looking for. I went with my mom for two days to the city and it was a very good place to stay. The area is quiet at night, in the mornings it is a good place to walk around. My mom felt very happy since she was able to rest. The bed was very comfortable, and Francisco was very kind. He gave us clear directions, the communication was excellent.

The location of this spot is very convenient with restaurants and panderia within walking distance. I loved that the place was fully stocked on everything I of course bring my own travel supplies but if you like to pack lightly that is not problem if you choose to stay here since they have all the toiletries already. only suggestion for future guess: 1. place is kind of hidden/ not easy to locate for the first time so it is best to meet host at the corner store (oxxo) seconds away from the place. Or perhaps host can post picture of their door from the street. 2. make sure to practice turning on the shower water while the host is still there just to make sure you understand how

This property is gorgeous, nestled in the Santa Monica neighborhood. This property looks even more impressive than the photos.

The apartment is all brand new and very charming for new construction. It’s in a pretty good neighborhood, close to lots of great restaurants and everything you need. The price is slightly on the higher side for the square footage, but it feels worth it since everything is new and well-designed. The AC works, though we wished it was a bit stronger—especially with the extreme heat in Mérida at the end of May. Also, the soap and shampoo provided smelled really good, which was a nice touch. Overall, a lovely stay.

Beautiful place to stay and walkable to so many great places! View from the apartment is gorgeous and a lot bigger than we were expecting. Will definitely be back!

The accommodation is ideally located, close to virtually everything and has everything you need to stay every day you want. The arrival is very comfortable and the host is always available for any questions. The only thing I do want to comment on, and I don't know if it was something that happened during the days of our stay or if it was something continuous, is that next to the building is the museum of tolerance and precisely in the afternoons/evenings a lot of people gathered demonstrating in favor of marijuana, with a very strong smell and you could feel some insecurity. Advantages or disadvantages of staying in such a central area. Apart from that, which has nothing to do with the host who was always attentive, the accommodation is perfect and we would surely repeat.

Great condo location, modern architecture, amenities and excellent front desk and service staff. The condo and area was safe and secure, but even though condo was on 3rd floor and glass sound absorbing, there was still some street noice during night that can affect peaceful sleep. Staff was always ready to assist and even though we skipped some days, staff was ready to clean condo daily. We had wonderful experience, cool mornings and evenings and of course great Polanco street atmosphere and lots of top rated restaurants. We highly recommend it.

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!
