Excellence in Service by Carlos, Atento to every detail, I felt at home and as if I was talking to an old friend. Finding this level of SERVICE was more than good . I will definitely continue to stay because excellence is in this place and carlos is SERVICE from communication, experience, and empathy.

This was a really quiet peaceful place to wind down after the bustle of the city. Its a beautiful space, and the 24/7 security made a really late check in seamless. Juan Carlos was communicative and helpful so would definitely reccomend! The only thing to note is that the living room space has floor to ceiling windows and no curtains so its not the most private. Also taking a shower is hard to do without the plastic curtain sticking to you lol.

This accommodation was fantastic for what we were looking for. I went with my mom for two days to the city and it was a very good place to stay. The area is quiet at night, in the mornings it is a good place to walk around. My mom felt very happy since she was able to rest. The bed was very comfortable, and Francisco was very kind. He gave us clear directions, the communication was excellent.

The hosts were great, quick to respond and helpful. The place is great! You can tell it was well curated and loved for, with comfortable mattress, an authentic MCM Le Corbusier Lounge chair, ample closet space and best of all, functional bidet. The location is great and walkable, within close proximity to all the great bars and restuarants Roma Norte has to offer. Will definitely book this or another place of theirs.

Had such a pleasant stay! Check in was a breeze, the unit was comfortable and super modern and chic ! I loved how it was close to nearby restaurants and it felt very safe :) will definitely be back!

Excellent place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city, very quiet. You will find all the amenities as shown in the house. It is pet friendly, my dog was very happy and there is plenty of room to walk around the designated areas.

Great place to stay! 10 min drive to downtown Tepoztlán. The house is very nice and clean. The kitchen and stay are very spacious. The pool area and jacuzzi is beautiful with a spectacular view of the Tepozteco! It's worth staying in this home. However, you should consider that you will need a car to move around.

It's a beautiful house with excellent amenities. What improves the experience is that Javier and Bettina are extraordinary hosts, their daily work allows you to rest and spend an even more pleasant time. We will definitely be back

Unique beautiful property! Well equipped with really nice special touches. The fresh flowers were amazing! We had everything we needed. I highly recommend!

We had a great time, Mr. Francisco was very attentive and always on the lookout. Clean and pleasant facilities. The furniture is a bit worn from regular use but it's functional. We would definitely come back.

We loved everything! 😁 Since we arrived, we have felt very comfortable and attracted by the beautiful garden, and the cozy house. They welcomed us very well, and they really exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return with the rest of the family to enjoy all the amenities and the excellent weather. 👌

This is my all time favorite stay ever! We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for 4 days and we miss it already. The home is located in a famous alleyway but was very peaceful and secluded. Many shops, restaurants, and cafes in the surrounding area, most of which are walking distance. The location was perfect as it was very close to a mega grocery store and near a beautiful town square. The home itself had absolutely everything needed and the most spacious bedroom ever! We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in the living room and the patios. Perfect getaway!!

Beautiful house in an even more beautiful surrounding. Ricardo was super nice and he communicated wonderfully. Before arriving, he sent all the key information we needed to arrive without problem. Would totally go again and highly recommend for anyone thinking on going.

Super responsive hosts! They kept a very open line of communication. The apartment was very clean, organized and hosts provided towels and linens. The neighborhood itself was very walkable, in a central location, and close to public transportation. Exactly what we were looking for!

Great stay! Would recommend. Much rather stay here than in the touristy areas plus you have security 24/7 which was so nice. Definitely worth the price and it’s a prime location! Blocks away from Bellas artes and Chinatown. Pharmacy right around the corner with food stands. Also, lots of windows but the building next door is abandoned! If you can, stay here!

Excellent location in the very centre of the city

Amazing location in a walkable area, close to Oxxos for snacks and essentials. The view from the accommodation was simply stunning, offering a breathtaking panorama that I enjoyed from the comfort of my own space. What I appreciated most, though, was the peaceful atmosphere - it was remarkably quiet, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. Adrián was super responsive and helpful, always available to answer any questions I had or assist with anything I needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great location and views with great amenities nearby.

Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful apartment with lovely decorations and all the necessary amenities. Adrián was proactive in communicating with us about check in and made sure he was around to let us in. He gave us tips and recommendations and was available for any questions we may have along the way. The apartment was off the main Street so very quiet but close to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be staying here on our next visit to CDMX!

Great stay and had everything we needed! The apartment is well located close to restaurants and shops, very walkable. The place is spacious and comfortable, comfy bed. Alex was awesome, super responsive and even offered to move the tv into the living room (from bedroom) for us as that suited us better. We'd definitely stay here again!
