Sensational! We'll be back for sure. The apartment is very well located, facing the sea in Pajucara. There, you can do everything on foot, without having to take the car or take an Uber.

The apartment has a privileged location: it is between the handicraft pavilion and the giant chair. Very close to it there is a wide range of shops, such as a pharmacy, supermarket, bakery and restaurants. The doormen and the cleaning lady are very friendly and the pool is very good. The air conditioning in the room was clean and freezing, the bed is excellent and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a gallon of mineral water available to guests and I consider this a great differential. The water comes out ice cold and there is no risk of contamination. Ruth is an exemplary host, super accessible and helpful. You can leave without fear! I caught a rainy period and couldn't enjoy the beaches, but I intend to return and stay there again.

What a fantastic house, my wife and I felt at home! An extremely pleasant and very well divided environment, the house is extremely cozy and equipped for 2 people. Marucia is an excellent host, including being very flexible with check-in, and provided an incredible stay for us. Another positive point is the excellent tips she leaves about what to do in Milagres, we set up our itinerary based on her suggestions! A show! We are already organizing ourselves to return and, of course, it will always be our first choice! ❤️

Excellent home!  It is well equipped and the rooms are extremely clean and organized. The view of the landscape is divine, I would even say that the pictures don't do it justice. The space is very comfortable and has 4 suites + one bathroom. The location is perfect, getting close to the grocery stores you can call to make deliveries, and the tourist spot “way of Moses”. Mr. Nido, the homemaker, welcomed us very well and was always willing to answer our questions.   Improvement suggestions: 1. The staircase leading to the beach does not provide security, especially for people who are 60+ or PCD, an evaluation is required to improve it.  2. The sides of the house need more powerful reflectors, since the part where the shower is located is a bit dark and so does the part near the wall. That said, Pedro is a great host and the stay was wonderful. I would recommend it to others and hope to come back more often. 

We had three wonderful days on Ilha do Ferro and the Ninho house was one of the highlights of our visit and this very welcoming place. Ricardo's space is super well equipped and perfect for couples. Our host responded very quickly to our questions and requests, gave sensational tips about the region and was very flexible. One day we'll go back.

We love the stay. The house is on the sand, on a beautiful, quiet and little bustling beach even at the time of New Year's Eve. And nearby, to dining options. Very good for those who, like us, travel with children. The house has 4 comfortable suites, a swimming pool and a barbecue pit.

wonderful houseaaaa !!! very beautiful, cozy and spacious, fits quietly about 3 to 4 couples. Mr. José is a fantastic person too, super attentive and kind. We will definitely return more often ! Super recommend!!!

Very nice apartment, private jacuzzi is an expired view of the sea and forest, the house was a bit dusty, but otherwise it was a very good experience, it would come back more times.

The environment is very top, identical to the photos. Daniel is super attentive, supported me all the time in everything I needed, made me feel totally at home. Totally safe and quiet place.

The apartment is impeccable, it had everything we need. Quiet, no noise. Very good location. Foot in the sand. Calminous sea. Private beach. Very good pool. Mr. Lafayete was very helpful. We met a demand that arose during hosting in the utmost peace of mind. We'll be back for sure! I highly recommend it.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 people, close to the main points of Pajuçara and Ponta Verde. Well-equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay. Suggestion: the TV only had one channel, you could pay attention to that. Otherwise, an impeccable stay. I'd come back more often.

My family loved the stay, we will definitely return. Mirella is super polite and kind, always available. Impeccable and very cozy environment, perfect.
