The Janet space is very cool, great location, spectacular view and close to everything, in addition to being in a very safe neighborhood. Bares, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy all within a short walk. Janet always showed concern for our well-being. We only have to thank you.

We had a great time. We were accommodated in Andrea's apartment for a week. The location is excellent, very safe, close to restaurants, bars, drugstores and the famous Pajuçara feirinha. There's a supermarket on the corner of the apartment where we were shopping. In addition, we were always served quickly and carefully by Andrea when any questions arose. Great communication, including indications of places to attend. The apartment is well organized, clean and well equipped. We felt at home. Super recommend the Andrea apartment and we will definitely be back.

We stayed 6 days in Leila's apartment, as a family and we felt at home. Rosângela, responsible for hosting us, was wonderful for begging and very helpful The apartment is extremely clean, clean and fragrant linens, we will definitely be back. The kitchen has everything, a pressure cooker, baking sheets, we even made a lasagna lol. We just missed having a TV in at least one of the rooms, as we were with children, it would be nice to distract them a little. However, nothing prevents you from returning, because it was really worth it! The view from the bedroom and living room to the Pajuçara sea is unforgettable, it makes you want to live there lol thank you for everything and congratulations on taking care of the guests, we feel how much you care about every detail!

I stayed 5 days in April with my son and husband in Igor's apartment in Jatiuca, and I loved the stay. The apartment is the way the photos of the publication show, I was very well assisted to enter and when leaving. The apartment is super close to the waterfront and has everything we need nearby. I loved and indicated.

Second time staying at Marta's apartment, which is a very considerate and always available host. The apartment is excellent in all aspects, especially for the location and internal organization. We will certainly return.

The communication with André since the beginning was very good, super polite, including mine of the stay contacted me to know that we were in need of something,he answered all the doubts, even indicated to me supermarkets and locations in the locality, the flat is super new, like the photos, complete of everything, absurdly clean and even comfortable for children. I can't even describe how amazing our stay was! We went to celebrate the company's end of the year! We arrived, there was a beautiful basket to welcome us. With the host's recommendation, we hired a girl to cook for us! We arrived and everything was ready. The house was impeccably clean and organized. It's literally on the beach street. It didn't take us 5 minutes to get to the waterfront. Very cozy and pleasant house. At all times, the host responded to messages and answered questions. She recommended, in addition to the cook, some tours that were amazing. We can only thank you! Our employees loved it too! The only negative point was that the pool man didn't come to clean the pool on Saturday/Sunday, but we managed to use it anyway. Otherwise, everything was a 10! We will definitely be back and recommend it without a doubt. It's 2h/2:30 from the airport, but we took transfers that she recommended and it was amazing. I leave my admiration here.

Unforgettable Refuge in Japaratinga! Casa Linda, surrounded by coconut trees, super wooded and 30 seconds from the beach. Absolute silence, starry sky at night and even fireflies in the garden. Ideal for families, has sand blocks for children, cradle, plenty of space and is safe and quiet. In terms of infrastructure in the bedrooms and bathroom, everything is super comfortable: great beds, smelling bedding, potent showers, full kitchen and barbecue, which cannot be missed in the beach house and was used every day. The hostess is amazing, she gave us all the right tips on where to eat, who delivers, and the best tour ever: typical raft of the region that takes you to eat lobster barbecue in the natural pools (not to be missed!). And the house still comes with a wonderful employee who makes a regional breakfast with couscous, tapioca, cakes and fresh fruit. The truth is that we love the authentic Japaratinga experience we had. Thanks Fernanda, we'll be back for sure!

Our stay in this home was just amazing! The property is super cozy and well cared for, offering all the comfort and convenience we needed. The house was equipped with everything that was needed, from kitchen utensils to comfort items for moments of rest. The location is wonderful, with the house being right in front of the beach, which allowed us to enjoy stunning views and easy access to the sea. In addition, it is situated in a super quiet area. We will definitely return to enjoy this amazing place even more. I highly recommend it!

Very clean, quiet and pleasant place

Wonderful stay, pleasant and family atmosphere. Mr. Clerivaldo was very attentive and proactive. The owners Hermes and Izabel have always been available and have provided all the information necessary for a quiet stay. Super recommend it. My family and I felt at home!

The house is very good, well ventilated, well equipped. The internet is good. It is about 300 meters from the beach. The common area of the condominium (pools) is by the sea. There are also courts and a small gym. The condominium is very quiet. The beach is excellent, there are not many people, there are no stones, no big waves. The house has two bedrooms on the ground floor (one of them a suite) and two suites on the first floor. The leisure area with a pool and barbecue area is in the back of the house, which gives greater privacy. There is a low wall in the front, which prevents the pets from leaving. There are a few points that could improve: There are few furniture in the pool area and on the balconies. Some armchairs and outdoor tables are missing in these areas. The water pressure in the showers is low, which makes the heated water very hot. Shower with internal pump can solve. The suite on the ground floor may be more accessible for elderly and wheelchair users if safety bars are installed and the bathroom door opens outward.

I stayed at Alexandre's apartment on April 13 and 18. On both occasions, everything was clean and organized and everything went well. Check in was fast, the location is great and the apartment is very comfortable. I recommend.

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

The accommodations are fantastic, now São Miguel dos Milagres lacks better infrastructure, trade and improving gastronomy, prices are exorbitant, prepare a kidney to leave in São Miguel.

It was incredible days, the professionalism and the promptness of the Tiago were perfect. The apart is according to the photos, simple, clean and cozy. The structure of the condominium as a whole, perfect, the night is beautiful the condominium. Near several good restaurants, sometimes even without the need to pick up the car. We very much like to have guests staying at the Ap da Lívia. Everything was very clean and organized, close to supermarket,pharmacy and restaurants the location is great.
