*Villa do Patacho* *101 E* Located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil, in a gated community, with swimming pool, parking, playground, hammock area and 24-hour concierge. Our apartment, on the first floor, has a balcony with a barbecue grill. Our living room is integrated with the kitchen and has a TV with Internet, a sofa bed, and a pleasant atmosphere. In addition, a table with four seats, a refrigerator, a cooktop, and an equipped kitchen to welcome you. We have two en-suites, with a double bed.

Spacious townhouse with large lawn, 300m from the sea. Ground floor: 1 en-suite bedroom, equipped kitchen, living room, toilet, service area and balconies. Upper floor: accessed via a jatobá wood staircase, with ventilation provided by two large perforated brick panels, 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite), a main bathroom, and a games room/office (with a workbench), which opens onto a terrace surrounded by long wooden benches. All rooms are air-conditioned. Right now, there is construction going on in the neighboring lot!

We are the largest and most private of the entire development, our Penthouse has a view totally facing the beautiful coconut grove 🌴 🌴 The house has an area of 240m² and a private pool, right in the middle of nature. 🌴🌳🌿 It is a few meters from the Chapel of Miracles, and 200 meters from Riacho Beach Garden Penthouse, with high-end finish and fully equipped. We have a permanent employee until 12:00 p.m.

A true paradise! The house was equipped with all its new items, chosen with great affection. Kids friendly, we have utensils and a box with distractions for our little guests.
