Apt and Top Building, very good. Could improve communication/clarifications about the surroundings, such as indicating a place for breakfast and lunch, bakery/snack bar. The receptionist helped, as well as Google Maps, there is a super good shop 2 minutes away, a great option.

My stay in Pajuçara was simply wonderful! The host, Maria das Graças, was extremely attentive, welcoming and helpful from the first contact until check-out. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-equipped and in an excellent location - close to the beach, restaurants and tourist spots. I also highlight the small details that made all the difference: the organisation of the space, the super comfortable bed, and even local tips that she shared with me, which greatly enriched my experience in the city. I definitely felt at home and wanted to come back. I highly recommend the accommodation to everyone who is coming to Maceió. Thank you for everything!

We really liked the apartment, very beautiful and cozy with an incredible view of the sea, an easily accessible location near the mall, market… We also thank the host Daniele who responded quickly and was always very polite!

We really liked the property and it suited us perfectly (both for the location, parking and interior space). The children's items were very useful (the toys mainly) and the accessory items too (cooler for example).

The place is quiet and very beautiful. The pool, sauna and beach access are great. Ideal place to rest, as there is not much movement on the street and on the beach.

If you're looking for an Airbnb in Maceió for a couple, stop and rent this one. I'm very picky and some things made me fall in love with this one: - airy, sunny, no musty smell - Good acoustics, even though it's next to an avenue, the glass keeps the noise out and we slept very well, blackout - Queen bed, firm but comfortable - Garage fits large cars - Impeccable cleanliness in everything - Washing machine and dryer (important for those who travel long days - I loved the touch of leaving soap and fabric softener for those who sleep only one night and don't need to buy) - The new building structure, well-lit, swimming pool, gym, but mainly the grocery store on the first floor of the building was what I liked the most because I arrived tired and was able to buy water and eggs. - Pharmacy next door for hygiene products I don't usually rent a studio, but this is just as good as an apartment. I was able to watch Netflix from the bed even though it was in front of the sofa. The air conditioning was clean and well located!

We stayed for a week. The apartment is simple but practical. Very clean apartment, towels and bedding. As our goal was to make the tours to the beaches, we spent little time. The apartment is great for two people, with basic utensils that help in the preparation of simple meals. It has a good shower, with strong and hot water. Very good soaps are available. Great air-conditioning, as it is warm all the time it is essential and freezing well. Great wardrobe, fridge and washing machine. Mr. Xenno since my hosting research has shown readiness and respect. And with some details that are in the photo made the apartment more inviting and cozy. I will definitely indicate and I will return. The town is very good, close to it.

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

The building is well located, close to the main points of Ponta Verde and Pajuçara, a comfortable apartment and great for those who want to enjoy the beaches. The building staff is very helpful.

This is the second time I've stayed at Dani's Flat. Impeccable apartment, Excellent location, Wonderful Kitchen, Safe Family Building and with a lot of comfort (view of the pool is surreal) Close to a gym, supermarket, banks, pharmacies, 3 minutes from the waterfront! Don't hesitate to stay with Dani! 10/10 🫶🏻

Clean, well equipped and very ventilated apartment! In the back street there is a large supermarket and the building is close to pharmacies, craft fairs and great restaurants. Excellent hosts, attentive and agile. It just couldn't take advantage of the pool, as it is partially covered by the concrete structure of the building, so the water was cold. It was worth it!

The great place to host and rest!

Marcos and Lilian's house, in addition to being aesthetically beautiful, is also very practical and prepared. A welcoming environment for families, perfect for memorable moments. We booked Casa Mati for a special occasion, so we hired Zil and Stephanie, who spared no effort to make our days the best possible - we started with an excellent regional breakfast and they still took care of lunch and dinner, in addition to making sure that everything was always in order and working. The house is well maintained, located in a gated community, still with few houses built. To access the beach, a car is required, as the condominium is not on the seafront. But the car is necessary to explore the region (beaches, Vilinha Marceneiro, Vila Guajá… etc). I recommend this accommodation for anyone who wants a beautiful and comfortable retreat in Milagres.

The house is beautiful and exactly like in the pictures! The condominium is wonderful, with pool and direct access to the beach, which is beautiful. Fredy was super responsive and attentive during our stay, I recommend the stay!

Amazing and wonderful house, the house is beautiful, modern, super clean and organized, ventilated, wonderful garden, spacious environments. We were in maximum capacity and we still felt super comfortable. Several couches, tables, there was no room left for anyone. We were to celebrate our children's birthday with grandparents, uncles and cousins, the choice was perfect. The super-safe condominium, markets, snacks, pizzeria etc in the surroundings. The nearby beach (we were walking), as well as visiting other prsis nearby. Super recommend and I will come back more often

The house is the same as the listing. The sea bath in front of the house is simply wonderful. it is very well located, shops,bakeries and restaurants are very close. Carlos(host) helpful and attentive, .nos gave great tour tips. We answered we need it. Our stay was perfect. Thanks to Edjane, well kitchen (very good seasoning) in addition to daily cleaning. Anyway, thanks to Carlos and involved. it was PERFECT!!!

Our stay was wonderful, the apartment is as described, everything clean and organized. It is very close to the main Beach Club, which is wonderful. My husband gave this trip as a gift to my mother-in-law and she was delighted with the beach and loved the apartment Rita always responded quickly when we needed her.
