It was a perfect stay, the house accommodated our family very well. All rooms have plenty of comfort and privacy. Pool is wonderful. The condominium is very safe, and the gym is well equipped. Since her first contact with Katianne, she has always been very recptive with us. It was undoubtedly an unforgettable trip, we will return.

The house is great, exactly as described. The host is very friendly and considerate. The district is well located, close to the main landmarks, making the stay even more convenient. I recommend it!

i have stayed on many Airbnb in Brazil, and many hotels around the world. never feel so at peace, in a house so simple yet full of love, and full of God. speaking of the house itself. spacious, great for a group, well located, the hostess, this one I cannot but emphasize , an unusual woman, a person with a soul full of light , flexible, an example of how to receive and serve people!!! thank God for everything , I indicate the house too much, for everything that hides behind this great value ! and that's it!

4 friends traveling along the coast of Brazil we went through great places, wonderful landscapes, but we all unanimously went to Terezinha's house and the service of Bianca was the best home the most cozy, perfect house, if we had to choose a place to come back we would all choose this house congratulations and thank you

Wonderful stay, pleasant and family atmosphere. Mr. Clerivaldo was very attentive and proactive. The owners Hermes and Izabel have always been available and have provided all the information necessary for a quiet stay. Super recommend it. My family and I felt at home!

Estadia marvellous, André super attentive, sent a pharmacy contact, grocery store and pizzeria. The super-scented, tidy house near the historic city. At night the historic center is super lively and super quiet, I felt at home. We'll be back !!

I stayed in Maceió for 1 month and the apartment has all the items needed for long stays. In addition, the region is very well located and beautiful, several restaurants nearby. The condominium is safe and great structure. Communication with Mrs. Wilma was excellent, with clear and quick answers. I recommend it to everyone and for sure when I return to Maceió I will stay there again!!

Great apartment, good location. The apartment is very comfortable, very well equipped with everything we need, very clean and organized as well as very cozy and well decorated. I felt at home. All very kind since the host who was wonderful to the gatekeepers who are very helpful. Amei, I indicate a thousand times and I would like to come back other times.

Great apartment ( wide and airy and everything we need) to stay a few days. Well centralized, close to everything ( markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, bakery, etc.) and the waterfront with its sounds and sights. The staff of the building are friendly and helpful. E Mrs. Cristina and her family, complete the delightful reception. Loved it.

I stayed at Alexandre's apartment on April 13 and 18. On both occasions, everything was clean and organized and everything went well. Check in was fast, the location is great and the apartment is very comfortable. I recommend.

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

We very much like to have guests staying at the Ap da Lívia. Everything was very clean and organized, close to supermarket,pharmacy and restaurants the location is great. The shower was leaked and Lívia promptly arranged the concert, her husband went to the Ap and agreed. Many thanks Livia for always being concerned about our well-being.
