Holiday rentals with a patio in Stara Novalja

We had a wonderful stay, the hostess made us feel at home: Jovana is very kind, very helpful and attentive to all the details. The apartment has all the comforts and exactly matches the description. It is very spacious and quiet, all new. It is located in Barbat, a few kilometres from the ferry landing and, for those of us who want to visit almost the entire island, it is in a strategic position. It is located just a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach. Thank you Jovana for your hospitality, you are magnificent!

nice little apartment in good location!

Very nice and clean modern apartment with a small bathroom and kitchenette. Beautiful terrace. If it’s windy you hear the wind a bit howling.. Julija and Vedran have been very helpful.

Our stay with Andrej and Antonia was great - we would have liked to have stayed longer. Both are very good hosts, we immediately felt comfortable and welcome. The place looked 1:1 like in the photos, was very clean and you can see how much time and effort the two are investing so that everything is well maintained and their guests feel at home. Throughout our entire stay, both have repeatedly inquired about our well-being and made great recommendations for the area. We recommend a stay with Andrej and Antonia to anyone traveling to Rab:)

We enjoyed the apartment very much! Ivan and his family are very warm and nice and are always there if you need anything. The location is very convenient, you can reach everything on foot. We definitely recommend the apartment. You have everything you need 🤩🤗

We stayed at Morana's place in Silba for approx. 10 days and we had a great time. I can only recommend her place. 1. Location: It was a bit off the center of the island, which we really liked because it was super peaceful and quiet. It was easy to go to the center (10-15 min by foot), where you find restaurants and supermarkets. There were several beaches nearby (the nearest being 5 min walk) so we could visit different beaches every day. 2. Apartment's state: The place looks exactly like the photos. It has two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and beautiful terrace. We slept in the bigger room, on the sofa couch with a mattress on top that is very comfortable. The place is well equipped with A/C, fridge, stove, cooking utensils. Everything was very clean. Morana left water and juice for us as a welcome. 3. Communication: Morana was super responsive. She was very helpful and friendly. She and her husband picked us up at the port upon arrival and answered all questions.

The place is even nicer than the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything a family needs for a vacation and more. Everything is spacious, very clean, and cozy. Ruzica even reserved a spot for us at a casual restaurant that is versatile. All the recommendations for the place and the host. We had a great time and we will definitely be back.

Great place, highly recommended!

Our stay in the villa was completely successful. The accommodation is excellently equipped and left nothing to be desired – especially the large, beautiful pool was a real highlight for us. The villa is tastefully decorated and very well maintained, so we felt comfortable from the first moment. A big compliment also goes to the hosts: they were extremely friendly, always available. The location of the accommodation is ideal - a fantastic beach is just a few minutes' walk away. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the place!

Great location, shaded parking in the yard, apartment perfectly clean, covered terrace, sea view. Mrs. Ružica is a great and helpful host and always available. It can't do better.

A true paradise 🤩. We stay here for 6 nights. Perfect spot near all you can do on the island. Peacefull, comfortable, amazing garden, 2 steps away from the sea! I chose Katarina's home due to the closeness to Beach Rucica and Beach Beritnica. When I arrived , i was so happy about the apartment too. The bedroom was comfortable , large bathroom , well equipped kitchen for me to cook .There is a balcony with partial seaview orwatching the locals wallking around. There are 3 restaurants just around then corners . The local beach is also very pretty and takes seconds to get there !There is also the Life on Mars trail which is a must do !!! It was stunning and not too difficult . I walked with my very active medium / large dog. So , I stronlgy recommend Katarin's home for your next stay in Pag .

We stayed in this great house for 7 days and had a wonderful time. The place had a good location with nice views of the sea. Plenty of parking space was available in front of the property, so there is also space for several cars. Swimming and shopping facilities could be reached in a few minutes by car. There was nothing missing in the amenities, the kitchen was super equipped and also the bedrooms were stocked with everything you need. The pool was clean and was checked and cleaned daily in the morning. Martina welcomed us to check in at the property and gave us a friendly introduction to the house. She was always there for us with questions and issues and responded quickly to messages. Everything was also straightforward when checking out. We look back on a wonderful holiday on Pag and will be happy to come back!

The house was simply mega class, you enjoy the tranquility and the sea is less than 100 meters away. We felt very comfortable in the house and the decor was great and we had the beach and the sea all to ourselves. Definitely a recommendation if you want a nice quiet holiday but also want to be in the city (Novalja 5 minutes away). Last but not least, Berislav and his father were totally sweet and you can just notice the attention to detail in the house and also the property. We would rent this accommodation again at any time!!!!

Great Airbnb with quality materials everywhere. The appartment is spacious for 4 people and could accommodate up to 6 people. The sofa bed is actually confortable. The property offers a private jacuzzi. Perfect if you are visiting Pag island or Novalja but you must have a car or take an Uber but it wasn’t a big deal since we had a car and we were taking Uber at night. The host is very reactive. I would recommend this property 💯

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at Ilija's apartment :) Great location, bakery and shop is near, private beach, clear water. Ilija is amazing host! The apartment is big enough and has a great view from terrace. Thank you for a really nice trip!

the best place to stay in novalja!!

apartment complete with everything and clean, my wife and our daughter spent 10 very relaxing days. Very helpful armchair recommended for those who want to spend days in complete relaxation

Excellent stay with very clean apartment and a little balcony overlooking the bay.

The house is in a great location. In 10 minutes walking you reach the beach below the house, by car in just 5 minutes we visited better beaches. The home was clean, tidy, and perfectly reflected what was shown in the photos. We were 7 young boys and found many activities in the area. The Host was friendly and helpful, he gave us directions on where to eat and what beaches to visit. It was a pleasure staying at Doris' home

Comucative, welcoming host. The apartment was clean, the amenities matched the description and photos. Vesna allowed us to check in earlier than stated on the itinerary after communication. She personally greeted us, guided us through the accommodation. She surprised us with snacks in the fridge and fresh scones. Very caring and helpful throughout the stay. An apartment in a location for people who are looking for a quiet vacation. Pebble beaches with beautiful clear water about 10-15 minutes on foot. Again, the day before we left, she surprised us with freshly baked fruit cake. She was aware of the check out time and due to the early morning check out she said goodbye to us and accompanied us safe travels and return home. Satisfied with location, weather and beaches.

What a lovely place to be. On top of a hill with a stunning view over the ocean. The appartment is even more beautiful than on the pictures. :) Angela's mother was very kind and helpful and made our stay at Rab very pleasant. Thank you for the lovely and warm hearted welcome.
