Modern luxury villa with swimming pool and sea-view. The villa has 5 modern furnished apartments for 6 persons with spacious terrace and beautiful sea view. Apartment features free wi fi, air conditioning and parking place. In the garden is nice pool (shared with other guests ) where guests can peacefully relax during the day. Villa is located on only few min by walk from the beach and not far from city center. Grocery and bus stop with directly lines to Zrce beach are next to the villa.

Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

It is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and a terrace table. The islands PAK (3 km) and RAB (15 km) can be reached quickly.

Residence Jakov has apartments literally situated on the beach. They offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to the beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in St.Novalja. This appartment has beautiful view and below is the beach. Now we offer off season prices for September and even more lower for October (those months are very pleasant and peaceful to be in Stara Novalja)
