Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Croatia, Mediterranean, Adriatic sea studio apartment of 37 m2; on the first floor in our house. It's litterally 1 minute or 20 meters from the sea! There are concrete and rocky beaches in front of house! You’ll love my place: clean sea, beautiful view on Pag, green shades. It's great for couples and families: there is variety of one day destinations to visit within 1-2 hour drive. We are close to Karlobag (10 min), Pag (30 min by ferry), Senj (1 hour) and Zadar (1,5 hour).

Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

The lagoon is directly accessible via its own staircase access. The apartment was newly built in 2017 and equipped to a high standard. The 15 m² terrace  offers a romantic sunset. It is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and terrace table. The islands of Pak (3 km) and RAB (15 km) can be reached quickly.
