Bright and beautiful home on 2 floors. The home is beautifully close to Nybølnor. The home is located in connection with Nybølnorstien, and close to Gendarmstien. There is a private terrace and garden with a fireplace. There are many opportunities for hiking and cycling, both in the woods and by the beach. Gråsten Castle 7 km. The brick factory museum "Cathrines Minde" 5 km. Dybbøl Mill and History Center "1864" 8 km. Sønderborg 10 km. Universe 25 km. Flensburg 20 km. Shopping 3 km. Good beach 6 km. With a new sauna and 70 sqm terrace - both with sea views. 6 guests have access to: Beautiful kitchen and bathroom, large living room with TV and internet and unique sea views. 3 large bedrooms and all with the most beautiful view of the fjord. Gendarmstien/Gendarmenwanderweg and fantastic nature as a neighbor, close to Flensburg and Sønderborg and walking distance to the restaurants Pearl, Sivgaarden and Providence. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PEACE AND A WIDE HORIZON WITH A VIEW OF BOTH DENMARK AND GERMANY, YOU WILL FIND IT HERE An imperfect house with a perfect view. Cottage in Dalsgårde - 5 km. from Gråsten - a sanctuary 70 meters from Flensborg Fjord. The cottage is close to Rinkenæs down towards the water in a small fishing village with a cottage colony from the late 1950s There is a small beach with nice water and a bridge (from May 1 - September 30). The house is partially renovated - recycled materials - based on the old house from 1960.

Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)
