The apartment contains a fully equipped high-quality kitchen with a microwave, Senso coffee machine, oven, fridge-freezer and toaster. The art centre is located near the Autobahn between the city of Mainz and Kaiserslautern, just 20 minutes off the Autobahn. The art centre is in the middle of a small village next to the church. The former congregation of the original farm has been lovingly converted into a spacious attic apartment by us. The apartment, built into the gable, exudes a very special charm. In the 100 sqm apartment there are two bedrooms with double beds, a baby bed and a large living room with open, fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with wall heating.
