Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe – so wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz einfach. Die Wohngegend am Weinberg lädt fussläufig zum Genießen des nahegelegenen Hohnsensees, zum gemütlichen Stadtbummel ein, zum Besuch der HAWK oder zur Fahrt zur Messe Hannover (Ostbahnhof) ein. Fussläufig erreicht man ausserdem Supermärkte, einen Kiosk, verschiedene Restaurants, Cafés, Spielplätze, das Wildgatter und Bushaltestellen für schlechtes Wetter.

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. In ca. 400 m kann man bereits den Radweg R99 an der Weser erreichen. Einkaufmöglichkeiten befinden sich in ca. 150 m direkt um die Ecke.

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.
