Condo holiday rentals in St. Pete Beach

We just loved this place ! Beach chairs and towels were so nice to have. The view from the balcony is amazing . This condo is beautifully decorated and super clean ! The tiki bar was a fun addition too. Everyone was very friendly. We can’t wait to go back !

The communication from Joy and Sol were excellent from the moment we booked the condo until the day we left. Sol responded quickly to all our questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures online. Even though we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils you would need. There were 2 bottles of complimentary wine and a nice card from the host. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and manatees swim by. The fan on the balcony was an added bonus. It kept the air circulating so that you could enjoy the balcony during the day. The swimming pool was very close to the condo and all the grounds were well maintained. Items for beach was also available for our use. It included chairs, umbrellas, cooler and even beach towels. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend to all our friends. Thank you Sol and Joy for a wonderful week.

Condo was just as described. Place was immaculate and very clean. Short distance to the beach with a great small tiki bar next door to grab drinks at. Condo had beach chairs, umbrella and cooler that we used daily! Very great value for the location. We also discovered Freebee that was a free transportation service to go up and down St Pete Beach. Our only compliant was that the AC might have been broken because it kept getting higher when we had set it lower to cool off the place. Overall 10/10!

Beautiful view of the Gulf of America to watch dolphins, shipping carriers and cruise ships coming and going. The beach area is mostly crushed shells until you get to the water. Nice seeing the beach was patrolled by police regularly even in a gated area. Was able to see Manatee in the canal and watch fishing boats coming and going. Parking was easy. Condo is very clean and well decorated with that comfortable relaxing feeling - we enjoyed the balcony for awesome sunsets and star gazing or our morning coffee. The restaurant/bars are not within walking distance but were only a short drive (all of them had good food). You pay by card for parking at most locations. We would definitely stay at this beautiful location again - one of my most relaxing trips.

We loved this property. The views were incredible. The view out of the sliding glass doors is even better than the pictures. We watched dolphins every morning. We loved being able to walk over to Doc Ford’s and eat. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but the rest of the unit was very accommodating and comfortable. All the staples you will need while there are also provided. We were sad to go!

Amazing place right on the beach and walking distance to John’s Pass. Everything was just as advertised. Plenty of space and awesome view of the ocean from the balcony (the high Adirondack chairs on the balcony added a good touch and made for easy viewing). Easy beach access. Clean, Furnished nicely, and bed was comfortable. Has everything you’ll need for a fun relaxing vacation. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful time staying here! It was just what we expected from the pictures, but even closer to the water than expected. It's a very short beach walk up to the water....easy to go and back forth for drinks, snacks, restroom, etc. The beach felt like a private beach on the week days...there were not many others out except on the weekend days. Several restaurants are within walking distance, we chose to drive most of the time....it was nice to take a drive around the bay areas. The interior was just what we expected from the pictures, maybe a little tight in the bedrooms, but not much time was spent in there besides sleeping. There is also a closet full of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. The pool looked nice and was being used most of the time we were there, we preferred the beach. Several families used the grill in the pool area to cook and eat around the pool, which seemed like a good idea. Overall, I would recommend staying here for a beach vacation!

Astonishing view from the balcony. Clean and well equipped place. The only downside is the living TV was not working the whole time during our stay. Other than that, perfect

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

Beautiful, very clean condo, very clean pool. Great location only a short drive to Clearwater beach. Margaret was very responsive to our questions and was an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying at this location.

My son and I stayed at "The Merry Yacht" when in town for Eckerd college dorm summer move in. Condo exactly as described and she and her husband were consistently kind and timely with communication. They did not hesitate to allow my son to check in a few hours after I reached out the morning we arrived with a request as we were exhausted from early morning travel. Quiet, condo so comfortable and homey; pristine throughout. Safe and short walk to Starbucks and one of our favorite restaurants in St Pete - Tiki Docks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This studio was a perfect and cozy little spot for my fiancée and I. Literal steps to the beach, ice cold AC, super clean, and very close to tons of shopping/eating/drinking spots. I would absolutely book this rental again for another weekend getaway!

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the owners were so warm and inviting. They surprised us with a few welcome goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home right away. The unit was beautiful—clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels and bedding were incredibly soft and fresh—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The view of the bay was amazing, and we got to watch dolphins swim by from the unit, which was just magical. They had canoes available for us to use, which made for a fun and peaceful afternoon out on the water. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. They gave us some great local restaurant recommendations too, and we ended up trying a few that we might have otherwise missed. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Lyn & Frank

Sandra was very kind and very responsive. She even set out a bottle of wine for us. The instructions for check out were clear and seamless. We loved the stay and were close to the beach.

It was a great stay with plenty of space and easy access to the beach. Just what we anticipated.

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

This Airbnb has a GORGEOUS view! It was so peaceful to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. And the beach was right there to walk down to. Was well-worth it to spend a week here away from my busy job - I’m leaving relaxed.

We had a wonderful time here. The unit is exactly as described. It’s immaculately clean. The view from the front door and balcony overlooks Gulf Blvd, with The Tradewinds across the street. The walk to the beach shore, where water meets sand, is approximately 200 yards at best. The rear windows, two patio doors, and view from the patio, overlook a pool, Pickleball courts and a dock where Manatees swim. The pool is open until 10:00 pm. We used the pool each night. It’s heated to a perfect temperature and was a great way to end each day’s activities. The code to use the bathroom near the pool is the same as the entrance to the building, which was very convenient. We’ll definitely try to book this exact unit again for our next trip because there won’t be any unforeseen issues. 5 Stars all around.

We loved our stay at Matthew’s place in Tierre Verde, FL. The host gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. This condo is also very child friendly and made travelling with our 2 year old a breeze. The condo was spotless and fantastic! We will definitely be back!

We love this area! This property is beautiful and Hilda is wonderful to work with! We unfortunately had an issue with the air conditioning which was no one’s fault. Hilda was very helpful and got us relocated to another property since it could not be fixed quickly. This situation was very unfortunate but Hilda could not have been better to work with! We will definitely go back and stay at one of Frank and Hilda’s properties

Tracy was very accommodating and even let us check in early since our flight landed before check in time.We had an issue with the stove but her husband arrived in 15 minutes to fix it.The wagon and beach chairs and cooler was a great addition and very useful.

What a great stay! Everything in the condo was just as pictured, very clean, easy to access and also walkable to restaurants. I loved the convenience of the having the beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach itself is beautiful and quiet. I would definitely stay again!

This condo was perfect for our family! The balcony overlooking the beach was great and the beach was perfect! Ellen’s place had beach chairs for all of us, as well as coolers and toys and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. It was also an easy drive to Clearwater and St Pete’s. I would definitely recommend and rent here again!
