Beach condo holiday rentals in St. Pete Beach

We just loved this place ! Beach chairs and towels were so nice to have. The view from the balcony is amazing . This condo is beautifully decorated and super clean ! The tiki bar was a fun addition too. Everyone was very friendly. We can’t wait to go back !

The communication from Joy and Sol were excellent from the moment we booked the condo until the day we left. Sol responded quickly to all our questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures online. Even though we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils you would need. There were 2 bottles of complimentary wine and a nice card from the host. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and manatees swim by. The fan on the balcony was an added bonus. It kept the air circulating so that you could enjoy the balcony during the day. The swimming pool was very close to the condo and all the grounds were well maintained. Items for beach was also available for our use. It included chairs, umbrellas, cooler and even beach towels. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend to all our friends. Thank you Sol and Joy for a wonderful week.

Condo was just as described. Place was immaculate and very clean. Short distance to the beach with a great small tiki bar next door to grab drinks at. Condo had beach chairs, umbrella and cooler that we used daily! Very great value for the location. We also discovered Freebee that was a free transportation service to go up and down St Pete Beach. Our only compliant was that the AC might have been broken because it kept getting higher when we had set it lower to cool off the place. Overall 10/10!

Beautiful view of the Gulf of America to watch dolphins, shipping carriers and cruise ships coming and going. The beach area is mostly crushed shells until you get to the water. Nice seeing the beach was patrolled by police regularly even in a gated area. Was able to see Manatee in the canal and watch fishing boats coming and going. Parking was easy. Condo is very clean and well decorated with that comfortable relaxing feeling - we enjoyed the balcony for awesome sunsets and star gazing or our morning coffee. The restaurant/bars are not within walking distance but were only a short drive (all of them had good food). You pay by card for parking at most locations. We would definitely stay at this beautiful location again - one of my most relaxing trips.

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

What an awesome stay! Lana was so communicative and we loved everything. It was great having all beach equipment available, as well as coloring books for the kids and even charging cables to borrow! LOVED the access to fans and noise machines. The location was perfect, and so quiet and clean. Lana made amazing accommodations when our plans changed and ensured our stay was comfortable. It was just a minute away from the beach, and we walked to a new restaurant every night. HIGHLY recommend for your beach stay!

We loved our stay at Matthew’s place in Tierre Verde, FL. The host gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. This condo is also very child friendly and made travelling with our 2 year old a breeze. The condo was spotless and fantastic! We will definitely be back!

Amazing place right on the beach and walking distance to John’s Pass. Everything was just as advertised. Plenty of space and awesome view of the ocean from the balcony (the high Adirondack chairs on the balcony added a good touch and made for easy viewing). Easy beach access. Clean, Furnished nicely, and bed was comfortable. Has everything you’ll need for a fun relaxing vacation. We’ll be back!

My son and I stayed at "The Merry Yacht" when in town for Eckerd college dorm summer move in. Condo exactly as described and she and her husband were consistently kind and timely with communication. They did not hesitate to allow my son to check in a few hours after I reached out the morning we arrived with a request as we were exhausted from early morning travel. Quiet, condo so comfortable and homey; pristine throughout. Safe and short walk to Starbucks and one of our favorite restaurants in St Pete - Tiki Docks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This studio was a perfect and cozy little spot for my fiancée and I. Literal steps to the beach, ice cold AC, super clean, and very close to tons of shopping/eating/drinking spots. I would absolutely book this rental again for another weekend getaway!

Sandra was very kind and very responsive. She even set out a bottle of wine for us. The instructions for check out were clear and seamless. We loved the stay and were close to the beach.

Just as advertised. Beautiful condo that had everything you needed. The location was perfect. With easy access to the beach and pool area is everything you could ask for. Watching the sunset from the gulf facing balcony was AMAZING!!! We would certainly comeback and stay there again. We highly recommend it!!!

We had a great vacation in a great place to stay! The place was clean, had two comfy king bed bedrooms, bathroom was clean, patio was nice and the walk to the beach was an easy 2 minutes. There were beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas available. I would definitely recommend this place!

Exactly what we wanted for a two night stay for 6 adults and 2 babies! Location was great and Brandi even accommodated an early check in.

Wow! Our family came down for a much needed getaway and this condo was the perfect place for it! The beach was peaceful and calm, the condo was well furnished and had everything that we needed. There was activities and restaurants easily accessible. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely come back!

Well maintained. Great location. The beach is beautiful. Balcony has great sunset views. A lot of kitchen supplies!! I love the Tupperware set for leftovers. Also so many spices. We had one small issue that was responded to quickly. Great customer service. We’ll definitely be back next year.

We had a wonderful time staying here! It was just what we expected from the pictures, but even closer to the water than expected. It's a very short beach walk up to the water....easy to go and back forth for drinks, snacks, restroom, etc. The beach felt like a private beach on the week days...there were not many others out except on the weekend days. Several restaurants are within walking distance, we chose to drive most of the time....it was nice to take a drive around the bay areas. The interior was just what we expected from the pictures, maybe a little tight in the bedrooms, but not much time was spent in there besides sleeping. There is also a closet full of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. The pool looked nice and was being used most of the time we were there, we preferred the beach. Several families used the grill in the pool area to cook and eat around the pool, which seemed like a good idea. Overall, I would recommend staying here for a beach vacation!

We had a lovely stay at 42 Gulf Blvd IRB! The house is comfortable, the beach area is peaceful and beautiful, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. While we did experience a couple of issues during our stay, we truly appreciate how responsive and caring the management team was. They took our concerns seriously and handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. Their communication made all the difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a laid-back and enjoyable beach experience!

Wonderful stay at Sean’s place. Great location and the beach was perfect!

This place was absolutely perfect! We had the best time and felt right at home - safe, cozy, clean and had the best views! Lots of household items were there that really helped during our stay: plenty of blankets and pillows, a pack-n-play, fan, vacuum, paper products, towels (beach and bathroom/kitchen), dishwasher pods, and having a washer and dryer in the unit with pods provided). The heated pool with the splash landing was a huge family hit; we loved the attached hot tub as well. Right on the beach! With only having 4 units on the property, it felt intimate and very secure. The private storage units for all of the beach items were clutch - everything was provided! The hosts were accommodating, detailed and always friendly. We can’t wait to book here again!!
