Great place to stay, happy to come again! We had a short but very pleasant stay at the apartment on 09/06/24 for a concert visit. The apartment was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Erich has created a piece of jewellery. We felt very comfortable. Technically up to the cutting edge. Everything in the cottage is very thoughtful, we didn't miss anything. Our stay took place in early March and we assumed that we rarely leave the cottage because you can really settle there. You can enjoy the fire with a glass of wine. We took tons of books with us... Exceptional, however, the weather was very, very nice and sunny. Unfortunately, the sun does not reach the Pointäusl at this time of year and we could not use the really magnificent outdoor area, which was a pity. We'll be back for sure - but in summer! Erich and his Pointhäusl deserve five stars plus!!!

Great place to stay for our 3-generation stay. Everything very convenient and very nice. Great equipment and high quality. Host was super friendly and helpful. We particularly noticed the high-quality kitchen equipment, the great beds, the terrace with the fantastic view , the good parking and the tranquility. Also for our two dogs it was a perfect place for the week. If we have to find something negative, the vacuum cleaner looked spacy, but didn't vacuum well🙄.

The place was perfect for our ski holiday, a great location, very clean, uncomplicated check-in and great communication - we felt very comfortable, thank you! :)

Martin was wonderful and the apartment was even better than the pictures. You had to drive to the ski slope, as whilst there were buses they weren't very frequent but it was less than a 5minute drive which was fine. I would highly recommend the apartment and I would definitely book it again.

We had a lovely week in the house. Everything was clean and beautiful spaces. Good beds, nice and warm, nice bathrooms and the kitchen had everything. There are Alpacas in front of the house that are a bit curious, but do stay at a distance. The bus stop is to the left of the house within walking distance. This allowed us to go to the slopes. There is also a restaurant at that stop where we ate a few times. You are in Altenmarkt in a few minutes and the road to Zauchensee is beautiful. Altenmarkt is a nice village, where there are shops, restaurants and supermarkets. We really enjoyed it!!!

We stayed in Harald's accommodation for a week-long climbing and hiking vacation in the Dachstein region. We didn't lack anything and the communication with Harald and his wife was excellent. We were very warmly welcomed and there remained no wishes and questions unanswered. The location of the apartment is also excellent both from the point of view of the possible activities, as well as the infrastructure (good highway connection and food supply). We'll happily come back for another stay! :)

Great compact place, fully equipped kitchen and responsive host. It has a balcony with nice view

Everything was very nice and functional. Some equipment could be missing in the kitchen, for example. More than 4 forks. But it was small things. Everything else was great.

We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

Great apartment👍, well equipped, plenty of space and a great location.

We booked Julia's place for a long weekend for 7 people. Julia was super nice and always responded quickly to messages. The apartment had more than enough space for all of us and a great balcony. Overall, we felt very comfortable there and can recommend the accommodation.

We enjoyed staying at Nina's place very much. The apartment is very spacious, modern and extremely clean. We especially liked the great amenities of the kitchen. The apartment is perfect for a large family or group of friends. The connection to the ski bus was ideal. I'm sure we'll be back!

The place was by far one of the best place we have been in last fee years. It’s Unterberg near Dorfgastein, is a peaceful, clean, adorable little village surrounded by evergreen mountains with snow capped peaks. The whole Gastein valley area is a must visit when you are in vicinity of Salzburg or Hallstatt. Its wonderful. Then comes the apartment. Its beautiful, compact and perfect address for a family stay. Finally the host David, is a wonderful person. He is always responsive, respectful and helpful. Overall this place is definitely recommended. We would love to come back again.

Wonderful location even in summer. Not close to any grocery store but there are enough stores at the base of the mountain. Very clean and has all that you want in a kitchen. Beautiful view from balcony and a lot of light coming in from the windows. Separate WC from the bath is also a plus point.

Nice and cozy apartment with a great view. Short walk to the city center. Recommended!

Great stay in Flachau at Maxs place. Walking distance to ski chair lift. Really well set up for big groups for cooking and also storing ski gear. Late check out also given.
