This Second-floor apartment is perfectly located within a minutes walk of everything you need for a perfect St. Ives holiday The living room and small balcony enjoy uninterrupted sea views of the harbour and bay. This is a beautiful one bed flat at the top of St. Ives with its own parking space (suitable for cars no vans) You can walk into the town centre within 15 min and the walk to the beach within 20 min (1 mile to town centre). Beautiful coastal walks across the road out to Hellesveor point which can lead out to Zennor or into St. Ives. Our home is situated on a private road with only a handful of neighbours.This property is at the top of St.Ives valley. It is 1 mile to the town centre.
