House holiday rentals in Springfield

We were pleased to find accommodation available where we could all stay and have a bed, have our second Christmas Day and generally be together with lots of space. Having the pool to enjoy was a particular bonus as most of us enjoy the water.

Van is in one of the best spots for views and privacy. Very comfortable with everything you need close by. Another fab stay.

Laura’s house is beautiful, it’s very private and the pool is fantastic. The house is cosy and spotless clean. The area is also quite nice, and there’s also a pub walking distance.

Pretty much everything about this house was perfect, the host was very responsive and helpful. Really happy with the whole experience and hope to stay there again one day not just because of the beautiful house, but also to see the friendly chihuahuas that would come to sit with us in the afternoons.

Beautiful place, excellent facilities and clean. Antonina was brilliant, responsive and a lovely host. Would definitely recommend. It was perfect for our big family gathering and plenty for the kids to play with in the kids room! All in all, wonderful trip! Thank you so much for having us!

We had a fabulous week in this beautiful home. The house is perfect, we couldn’t have wished for better. The garden was like an oasis, so quiet, it was hard to believe we were in London. We would sit outside for a morning coffee before meeting our little granddaughter for the day, then recharge our batteries in the evening, with a beer in the garden. The garden is beautiful. We loved having coffee and brunch at flotsam and Jetsam at Dulwich Picture Gallery, about a thirty minute stroll from the rental. For us, the location was perfect, the house was perfect and we would definitely like to stay there again. Bonus points for the quality towels and parking on the property. Loved every minute of our stay.

We enjoyed a relaxing weekend at Bear House. Marcus is a fantastic host, replying promptly and helping whenever we had questions. His house and gardens are spectacular and we loved our swim in his natural swimming pool. Nayland village is beautiful. We enjoyed a short walk along the river spotting a heron, several varieties of poppy and admiring the riverside houses on the way to the Anchor pub. We also enjoyed brunch at the old mill and a meal at the Angel, which is 5 minutes’ drive away in Stoke-by-Nayland.

What a beautiful place to stay - right next to a nature reserve, with the oyster catchers and curlews calling at night and wildlife wandering into the garden. But also very close to pubs, coffee shop and the sea. Great if you like birds, wildlife and peace and quiet.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. The location was ideal for our visit to London. This Airbnb is very close to the Tube into London but also the lovely high street of Epping is in easy walking distance. Lovely clean and tidy accommodation and a very helpful host. Many thanks.

Lovely place to stay nice big garden would stay there again

This place is 5 star in everyway. Tina was an excellent host and very responsive. The place was very spacious and clean. Comfy king bed and good shower. There’s a lovely welcome pack. Outside there’s a big outdoor setting overlooking fields and a fully fenced paddock to exercise your dog. Definitely be back!

Fabulous place to stay - we will definitely be returning. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The location is fabulous and very peaceful and there was everything we needed in the property. The Nook is a lovely space, in a quiet location. We arrived to a clean and well-kept accomodation with thoughtful amenities. Margaret was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I would recommend The Nook.

Absolutely loved this house, garden was a huge bonus for us as we really got to enjoy the outside space. Amazing location, was able to take public transport into the city centre, enjoy the beach and pier and come back for a Chinese takeaway without feeling like everything was really far apart. Would definitely stay again

Great location for a seaside stay. Accommodation very good but fairly hard work for us as old age pensioners; Leigh-on-Sea is fairly hilly and although the location of the house was excellent, it wasn't the easiest for us with a pushchair and two-year old in tow (we had our daughter with us which helped considerably)!

Easily a five star stay at Levin’s place in Dalston. Levin was responsive and kind and the place was exactly as photographed. A short walk to both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations with lots to explore in the neighbourhood. The unit was clean and well equipped with lots of natural sunlight. Had a lovely and comfortable stay and would recommend Levin’s place.

Superb Accommodation with everything and more to enjoy a great stay. All 3 bedrooms are very large and having an upstairs and downstairs bathroom is a real bonus. The garden is well maintained and a very good size with seating for a dozen people. Everything about Bluebell House is spacious and 6 of us stayed and had a wonderful time . Parking for 2 cars and in a peaceful spot just off of High St. Co-op shop 2 min walk with café opposite. Fish and chip shop round corner. All in all you wont find better. Zoe’s place is absolutely beautiful. It’s an idyllic sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of central London, but well connected and easy to get into the action. The area has a quiet, village feel about it with lovely cafes nearby. It was great to spend 2 nights at the house with friends - we’ve all recently moved out of London so were very happy to come back to somewhere so nice (not always the case with London Airbnbs!). I met Zoe in person and she was great at communicating and very flexible with check in and out which allowed us to have more time together in the house. Hugely recommend!
