You are within walking distance of the main train station, the gateway to the city. Almost at the doorstep is the popular Lister Meile with its nice cafes, restaurants and shops. At the end of Lister Meile you will reach the largest urban forest in Europe, the Eilenriede. The apartment is quiet, bright, spacious and has two TVs. Wi-Fi can also be used on the balcony. This versatile secondary apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. Likewise, it is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family. The A7 is close (behind a small piece of forest and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for those passing through.

This is our 2-room apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a bedroom with a large double bed, a living-dining-bedroom-kitchen with a sofa bed and an armchair bed, plus a pretty, modern bathroom. VERY IMPORTANT: Many, many animals live on our farm! My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.
