In 2021, we created a guest apartment on our former hayloft. Here you have peace and nature! The bright apartment is 60 square meters, has a kitchen, a shower room, a bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm), a living and dining room with a fireplace. In the entrance hall is the wardrobe and space for hiking boots. A crib/extra bed is available. This includes an outdoor seating area with an umbrella. Welcome to my modern furnished apartment Am Uhrturm in Hanover Döhren. The 1-room apartment (approx. 60 square meters) can accommodate up to 2 people. The apartment is centrally and quietly located and directly adjacent to a protected landscape area. Good shopping and U-Bahn are nearby (10 min.). The exhibition grounds can be easily reached by tram in 30 minutes. From January 1, 2024, the City of Hanover will levy an accommodation tax. Tax is included in the price.

Conveniently located (20 minutes to Han./trade fair or Hildesheim city center), train connection from Elze station. Protected parking spaces in the courtyard are sufficiently available. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Forest and nature can be reached within minutes. The 60 sqm modern 2-room apartment with a very nice balcony in a south-facing location is part of it. The bedroom is equipped with a new and high-quality box-spring bed (200 × 200 cm). In the living room, there is a modern living area that can be pulled out into a comfortable double bed. The apartment is also ideal for trade fair guests.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Bright attic apartment

Our apartment is located directly on the city forest and is furnished with care. There is a 1.80 double bed and a 1.40 sofa bed. The location is ideal with its proximity to Conti, MHH, the ice hockey rink, the city and Kantplatz. We have a parking space on the premises. Children are welcome!

Exhibition apartment

Quietly located two-room apartment, 48 square meters of living space with kitchen and bathroom, separate entrance. Distance to Hannover Messe is about 20 minutes by car. S-Bahn connection Hannover/Hildesheim hourly. All shopping on site. We speak English.
