Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Spring Valley

We stayed at the Blue room. It even had a massage chair! The room was very clean, private attached bathroom was great. Fantastic and quiet neighborhood. Very helpful to guests - always responsive and there was plenty of snacks left in the kitchen. And also I was very glad to find a hair straightener in the bathroom - so thoughtful!

This place is a 10/10! I stayed for a week and I was made comfortable as soon as I arrived. I got in a bit late but they had signs directing me where to go and wrote my name on a white board attached to the room I was staying in. They were very kind and checked in on me several times throughout my stay and when I had a question they responded almost immediately. I would recommend them to anyone visiting Vegas!

We had a wonderful short stay with Melissa. She's lovely and very helpful. The appartement is well located, very clean and convenient, in addition you will find three lovely dogs 🥰

We had a wonderful time staying here! The lodging was super affordable, the room was nicely comfortable with great linens, and towels nicely laid out when we arrived. We always had a parking spot, and getting in was never a hassle. The house was super cute and wasn’t too far from the strip! Would definitely stay here again!

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. It exceeded my expectations. The photos do not even do any justice. Sharon was very friendly and proactive, always available to answer any questions. She made sure everything was in order. The rooms and bathrooms were so neat and clean. The home was so cozy and quiet, the neighborhood was peaceful. It felt like home. I will definitely be staying in this Airbnb when next I am in Vegas!

Debra is a very nice lady. The bed was very comfortable. Just what I needed for a quick stop in Vegas.

Well-appointed, uncluttered home in gated community. Lori did the extra things to make you feel immediately at home like full reservoir of water in Keurig machine with artfully arranged K-pods, lots of luggage racks and good moisturizer (Cerave) which is important in the desert. Pictures don't show it but there are 2 X 55-in smart TVs - one each in bedroom and living room both linked to Roku. FYI, there is a hotplate rather than stove with some pans. Highly recommended and look forward to staying here again.

Loved the place! Very spacious and felt like home. Great location to The Strip and a lot of options for restaurants close by. Felt very safe in the community. We will definitely be back!

Jessica was a great host. We did have some issues with check in at first, but everything worked out in the end. She was very nice and apologetic for the mishap. The place itself is very safe and clean. We would definitely return here!

Conveniently located easy access to downtown as well as going out to Red Rocks and Mt. Charleston for hiking. Grocery store and other specialty stores within minutes.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

The apartment was in a central area for the places we planned to visit. The gate and enclosure provided privacy as we came in and out. The walk-in closet was a great bonus!

The moment I stepped into the condo I said, I want a place like this. It was spacious, clean, & comfortable. It’s perfect! The neighbor hood was quiet. There are many restaurants & stores near by. The condo is located 20 minutes away from the Las Vegas strip. We look forward to staying at the condo again. Also, Allan is so easy to communicate with.

Amazing and peaceful stay. I would choose this location over a hotel at the strip any day, the location was away from the traffic and super peaceful at night. The place was very clean and clutter free, I brought my own personal care items but Tony had everything at the air b n b just in case. Tony was very flexible with an extra day I had requested. The covered parking was a plus! Definitely recommend for couples looking for a place to rest their heads without the noise.

Was a great peaceful stay, close to everywhere we went to. Will was very nice and very responsive. There was one issue with the bathroom but he let us know about it ahead of time and did not bother us at all. A great host!

I come to Vegas pretty often for work and stay at this complex almost every time I visit. I've stayed in four separate places in the complex and this one is in my top two! Super clean. very quiet, really easy to get to and very easy space to stay at (great amenities, comfortable space!). Mariel was VERY responsive to my questions (and I had a few!), this was such an enjoyable space to stay. Thank you so much for your help with everything and being so patient with me. This spot is really a gem! 💎

Privacy, privacy, privacy. Beautiful gated community within driving distance of any necessity you could possibly desire. Not right on top of the casino life but close enough to satisfy any Vegas vice you desire. Didn’t want to leave. 😎

Apollo's place was a perfect stay for my wife and I while in Vegas. It was a private/quiet neighborhood that is tucked away but still a 5-10 min drive from the strip and the fun. The place was super clean and comfortable. It also had all of the wifi, netflix, and streaming you you want. Highly recommened as sometimes it's hard to find a quiet nice place in Vegas. Apollo was also incredibly responsive and super nice/flexible host!

I really enjoyed my stay. Great location and a really nice bed and shower. Alexis was very responsive and the air bnb has everything you need. Great find if you are looking to stay away from the strip in a quiet neighborhood. I recommend a restaurant nearby called “Beso”

We had a great stay at the Apartment. We had some major problems with the Check-In at Palms, but nothing the host could Not handle. He helped us with every inconvenience and was a great host.
