Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Spring Valley

Great host and hotel staff, good location, large comfy room, nice pool, and ample parking. Solid affordable choice that's about a $10 uber ride to anywhere on the strip. Would book again.

This condo was everything the listing stated it would be. Pics are accurate. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom with the biggest soaking tub, double sinks and walk-in shower. Great location! Right across from the Aria and indoor walking access to Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and strip. Proactive and regular communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10. Well done.

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ this place looked identical to the photos! Our couple friends and us did a couples weekend. They booked another room and I have to say their room just looked like the normal hotel, nothing special. Ours had great added touches that just made the stay that much better! Hosts were easy to ask questions. Check in was a breeze. My wife loved that valet parking was included in our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at MGM Signature was nothing short of spectacular! The location is 1 block away from the strip, right in the middle, very walkable to either end! The room was spotless and beautiful. The view from the balcony was stunning! The bed was so comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect to ease sore muscles from walking! Every worker, whether it be the front desk, barista, bartender, cleaning crew, or valet were so kind! I feel like I hit the lottery with Kimia’s place!

Ide is a great host. Loved the two bedroom we were in. Very peaceful area.

Very nice place looking exactly like on the pictures, maybe even better. Colleen’s communication was always very friendly and she was really helpful. The area is absolutely walkable from the city center.

Amazing spot to visit Las vegas, its close to everything you want to do. Nicole is super helpful with everything. very peaceful, with easy parking. great night view of the city skyline. Would definitely stay here again.

Was in town for a few Sphere concerts and it was a great and convenient place to stay.

We absolutely loved Qing’s place! We’ve stayed at many, many Airbnbs, and plenty in Vegas. This was in our top 5, and our fave so far in Vegas. The primary bed is super comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed (and we loved trying a bidet for the first time!). The TVs were great and had all the services we wanted. My son loved the loft area upstairs! We had rented a Tesla, so it was very handy to see a charger in the garage, and so convenient to have a garage to use. Qing was very kind and available for any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

Great spot to stay off of the strip. Beds and pillows are VERY comfortable and all 3 bathrooms were very nice. A bathroom for each bedroom is amazing, plenty of room if there were 6 people to stay here. About a 20 minute drive to the strip. Many coffee shops and restaurants nearby within walking/driving distance. The pool was great and much needed for us to cool off in the heat!

Linda’s place was great! It looked just like the listing, it was easy to find, and the neighborhood was so quiet! It was a wonderful respite after two very hot days sightseeing in Las Vegas. And Linda was a wonderful host—her directions were clear, and she was proactive with check-in/check-out instructions. I would definitely recommend her place!

Host was friendly and responsive. Check-in was simple and the instructions were spot on. the place itself was clean and cool - the colored lighting options under the bed the in the bathroom were fun (but you can also not use them if you prefer). pinball machine was also very cool! spacious backyard with fun lights at night. Very close to numerous restaurants, gas station, grocery, just about anything you need.

Ivan’s place was so awesome for our family trip! The house is PERFECT for large groups. The lights throughout the house along with the patio set such a chill vibe for our vacation. The house is also so very conveniently located close to both the Strip and the airport, so coming home from having a good time along with dropping family off for their flights was effortless. My entire family would definitely say they enjoyed their stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back! Thanks Ivan!

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Hunter's home. He and his co-host was very accommodating when my travel plans needed to change; he always responded to my questions and/or needs. The home was clean, comfortable, and safe. We were made to feel welcomed and at home! That's very important to me. Thank you for opening up your home.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful throughout the entire process. The house was spotless and exactly as described, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a definite highlight—clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing. The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from the Strip, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that felt safe and private. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Vegas. Thanks for a great experience!

This was a beautiful place to stay and the view from the balcony was incredible! There were many places within walking distance (bars, restaurants, smoke shops, etc). It was clean and just as pictured! Definitely will be staying again

Our stay was perfect with our 2 little ones and family. We had a great time and this is going to be our go - to place for all Vegas trips!

What a wonderful space. The view of the Sphere from the balcony was amazing. We loved having a kitchen. The close proximity to the monorail, made it so convenient to get to the convention center. Donna is a spectacular host. She is so responsive and knowledgeable about the area. She has great tips for food, transportation, and activities. We highly recommend Donna and the space.

Great place to stay!

Went for three nights with my wife and two kids. The views from the room were amazing. Easy walk to Bellagio, Aria, and the strip. Really a fantastic spot. Checking in and out was very easy. Highly recommend this spot.

Lissie was so sweet and helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. She greeted us when we first arrived and helped bring our bags in, I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at one of RIch's units, and can confidently say that you won't be disappointed by this unit (or likely any of them). The location is super convenient if you don't mind the urban setting, it's very walkable to a lot of places and only a few minutes by car to the strip. Neighbors were all friendly, and upstairs noise was quite minimal. I'll most certainly be looking for one of RIch's units the next time I come to Vegas!
