Summer's place was great. Extremely clean, was in a great neighborhood, and accommodated us perfect!

This place was the perfect place to stay for a week-long visit to the Independence area: It was well furnished, cozy, and not too far from everywhere we wanted to go.

I love staying here! Like my first time last year, once again I'm so glad I had a peaceful, cozy place to work and rest during my Lawrence visit. AnnMarie is a super thoughtful host. Inside and out, the space reflects her care and beautiful aesthetic. Looking forward to next time!

What a great stay in KC! My sister and I were in town for a weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The pictures and description of the home are accurate and it exceeded our expectations. I especially loved the screened back porch - perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Beds were very comfy and we had everything we needed. Scott was wonderful to communicate with and was able to accommodate our request to check-in an hour early. We'll definitely try to reserve this great spot again!

Very unique property. Great location. Although not walkable, a short drive and we were visiting the areas we had on our itinerary.The property was very unique, great attention was given to every detail. Robbin was very responsive and easy to get in touch with.

We had a great stay at Christine’s home! We couldn’t have been more satisfied with our visit. The home was as described. We loved all of the flowers, fruits, and trees in the yard. Our two dogs loved walking around the yard. We would stay here again on our next visit if/when the time comes.

Just as described. The place was perfect for our trip. We were able to walk back and forth to see the royals. KC was very helpful and friendly. If we ever go back, we would definitely stay there.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved this house! It was the perfect weekend getaway for our crew. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It provided ample space and had all the details you could want, plus more. We hope to be back!

The home was a lovely spot for the first reunion of my 3 children and their families, and we had a delightful stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The "movie room" is cozy. The bedrooms are all comfortable, and the master suite is rock-star ready. It only needs a new grill and a pool scoop. Enjoy your stay!

We loved our stay! It was a great place for a girls weekend and the backyard was the perfect little oasis.

The house was cozy & comfortable, just enough room for us, nice furniture, clean bedding, plenty of pillows & blankets, private backyard, we felt safe, especially at night which was very comforting!! Very nice neighborhood, nice TV & surround sound! The pool was great, the showers were nice, easy to get to, Lee's Summit has just about everything you need so we never had to go far! Easy check in & out! Would recommend & we will probably be back in the future!

Every year, my mom, two sisters, and our adult daughters (11 of us total) plan a women’s retreat, and finding a place that’s both spacious and special can be a challenge. Wade Ranch was a dream come true—and Leslie was the most wonderful host! From the beginning, Leslie’s communication was clear and welcoming. Her directions were spot-on, and we were so touched to find snacks and treats thoughtfully selected with our group in mind. That kind of personal touch made us feel right at home. The house itself is something special—my niece dubbed it vintage cowboy chic and we all agreed! It’s beautifully decorated with a keen eye for detail. The bathrooms and kitchen have been tastefully updated, all while preserving the charm of the 100-year-old farmhouse. We held a Bible study around the campfire one evening, and when the weather turned the next day, there was more than enough room to gather comfortably in the cozy living room. Victoria’s loft was gorgeous! We were in awe of the love & detail in the loft. It was very comfortable and spacious and the amenities were beyond what we normally experience. My family had a great visit with many after midnight pool games. Definitely more than 5 stars here.

We have stayed here before. It is a very handy location for getting to town and visiting with family in town. I love that it is very private and we have room to spread out. Any time I have texted Staci, she has responded right away. So glad to have found this place to stay!

Peggy was an amazing host! Her place was immaculate and her thoughtfulness was beyond! The home is beautiful and is fully prepared for anyone’s visit, her responses always prompt, and the stay for my family was great! I am so thankful that we chose her place for all of my family visiting to stay and would recommend it to anyone.

I loved this place, there was an issue with the bed frame, I texted with the host Molly, she hopped to it and replaced it that day and I was sleeping in a new bed that night! The parking space is private in the back of the building. I felt very comfortable and the place was VERY clean. Thank you again for the wonderful place to stay. I recommend the BBQ in town, it’s the only one, but really good!

We loved this cute basement home away from home. It had everything we needed and MORE! Constance provided snacks, treats, & a couple of breakfast options which were just a lifesaver for us and our full schedule. The power went out during our stay & Constance was diligent to keep us informed. It was only 1.5 miles from MNU, which was EXACTLY what we needed. Thank you for such lovely accomodations.
