This place looks just like the photos in real life. It’s gorgeous and roomy and perfect for two couples or a small family. It’s close to all the fun shops and restaurants on Mass Street and was a great place to stay during graduation. We can’t wait to go back!

My recent stay was fantastic! The space was immaculately clean, and Chris was incredibly welcoming and kind. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine and fresh flowers waiting for me upon arrival – such a thoughtful touch! The bed was also incredibly comfortable, with super soft sheets that made for a great night's sleep. I would absolutely suggest others to stay here if you're visiting Kansas City!

Gloria, Jean, and Stephanie were very responsive and pleasant to work with. We were only really there in the evenings/overnight, but we had what we needed, and the bed was quite comfortable. The guards at the front desk were also helpful.

I had a great time staying here! The location is very convenient to the Plaza and to the rest of downtown KC. Parking was always available right outside of the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had all necessities needed for a week-long stay. Communication was great. I would gladly stay here again!

The apartment has amazing views of the city. It was a beautiful place to stay and close to the streetcar and all that downtown has to offer. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Kansas City.

Great spot for business in Leavenworth, walkable to downtown, and easy in and out.

The room was exactly as described. it was spotless clean and very cute. The bed was very comfy. The host was very friendly and responsive, the best host we've had so far. The town is very quaint and cute. We loved that everything was walkable. The cattle company below serves the best burgers we've ever had. There are stairs and trains, but neither were a problem. The host provided ear plugs, but we didn't need them. We never heard a train after we went to bed. We would definitely stay with this host again.

We had a wonderful weekend stay. Space was great for my family and the property very clean. We enjoyed the easy access to the walking trail and the convenience of grabbing a coffee and burrito from downstairs. Train noise was the only complaint, but we knew that during booking. Next time if we make another stay, we will bring an air purifier to help with some white noise. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Kimmie’s place exceeded expectations. Really lovely stay and communication and amenities were excellent. The entire unit was spotless and Kimmie checked in frequently to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you!

Great location for KU visit while having all the perks of Mass St. shops/restaurants/shopping steps away. Fun garage door open concept was perfect on a spring day and the Saturday farmers market right outside was a pleasant bonus. Once we mastered the parking app, things simplified- but it was a bit confusing at first as the app was having some technical issues with location. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and host was quickly responsive with some TV issues we had. We would definitely stay at The Happy Hawk again.

We loved our stay at Abbeys! It was exactly what we needed for the weekend and we loved being able to walk everywhere that we needed to go. Great walkable dining and trails and very close to Whole Foods. Our dog was able to use a fully fenced backyard and we were so happy to have peace of mind with him in the home. Would love to stay again!
