Our guesthouse is located on the edge of the forest right by a pond, so wonderfully quiet but still close to civilization. So is a supermarket at 200m, the train station at 500m, the AB ramp at 1000m away. The centres of Hanover (regional large-scale transport) and Braunschweig can be reached by train in about 19 minutes. The Hannover Fair can be reached in 25 minutes by car and in 40 minutes by train. Hanover Airport can be reached by regional train or via the motorway connection.

Intimate atmosphere on the outskirts of a village, for trade fair guests & small Groups suitable. The 4 rooms with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen are located in our detached house on the 2nd floor and on the attic. We live on the ground floor. The guest rooms can be reached via a shared entrance in the stairwell.

Wohnfläche beträgt 60m2 mit einem Schlafzimmer, Wohn- Esszimmer und einer offenen Küche, Badezimmer, überdachte Terrasse, Carport und einen direkten Zugang zum Wasser. Auf Anfrage kann auch ein Kanu ausgeliehen werden, um die schöne Gegend auch vom Wasser erkunden zu können.

Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.
