The dream house is located directly in Berlin on the Spree with a small boat harbor and 1000 square meters of park-like garden. On the ground floor (with underfloor heating) is a living room, the kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower/integrated steam sauna and a Miele washing machine. On the child-friendly upper floor is a large bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with jacuzzi. In addition, there is a baby cot, a baby changing table and a baby running grill.

Beautiful villa with garden and lake access, with the region to Berlin in 17 min. It is fantastic to stay in the property at any time of the year. With a fireplace or walks over a frozen lake, every time is special. Lots of forest but also infrastructure, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance in less than 5 minutes.
