Waterfront holiday rentals in Spree

Had a great stay at Sven's place. The apartment is super modern and very well equipped with love for detail. Great little balcony where you have sun almost all day and have a super good breakfast. Rewe is right across the street and yet the location is very quiet with the harbor directly opposite. Potsdam and Berlin are close by car. We didn't miss anything and we would come back. Sven was super nice and very easy to reach. Thank you! ☺️

Had a wonderful stay in Berlin in a vibrant neighborhood with many shops. Kent was very active in communication and made us feel welcome. The flat is very beautiful with a nice book selection. It can get a bit noisy at night because of the ubahn but nothing crazy.

We had a wonderful stay with Dina. The apartment was very spacious, quiet, and well equipped. A very beautiful space with a lovely treetop view of the waterfront. We highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay a short distance from Berlin (about 30 minutes). The house is spacious with two good bedrooms and the kitchen was equipped with every comfort. Spacious living room and large garden with plenty of sun. And as a host Angela was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. There's not much to do nearby, but we really came for Berlin. We'd love to come back with our family.

Manfred's house is beautiful. He decorated it with a lot of taste and love for detail. We immediately felt very comfortable there. Especially from the 1st floor you also have a great view of the small harbor. The nature around the Zerpenschuuse is very idyllic and a wonderful contrast to the hectic big city life. We will definitely come back again. 😃

If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be!! The accommodation met our expectations exactly - in the middle of the green, quiet location and already when you wake up you have a wonderful view of the adjacent meadows and woods! Wonderful little house on a lakefront property. From the living room you have a direct view of the water! The house is also super cut, with a very spacious kitchen and a cute living room with dining table and sofa. Despite the many bedrooms, there was also no traffic jam in the morning with 5 people, as there are a total of 3 bathrooms. The very quiet location, the in-house sauna and the direct access to the water make this the perfect place to get out of Berlin and get down a little. If we had had the necessary change, we would have preferred to buy the house directly!

They were beautiful, relaxing days surrounded by nature. Thanks to Frank's good descriptions, it was an all-round successful and relaxing stay on the property! Paddle and cycling tours in the area are highly recommended.

Nazanin is a very friendly and open host. She was very responsive to messages. The accommodation on the 4th floor is very charming and you have your peace and quiet. Highly recommended!

Everything was great, the apartement is fully equiped and bed is very confortable. the terrace benefits the sun during the day. transportation is less than 10mn by walk. and the spree is at 5mn. It is a very calm neighbor very good to chill. Mirco is very accessible and friendly (living the same building). It just could be a bit hot inside during high temperature. I Totally recommand for short or midlong stays (especially great for several weeks!).

the apartment is located in the center of a well-served area and it is very easy to get around on foot or by car. The place also has a nice terrace shared with the owner. In addition, you can find several restaurants in the area.

Aaron lives in a real Berlin artist apartment in the city's most inspiring neighborhood. It's clean and filled with his stuff - very good vibe. He is super accommodating and we highly recommend him.

The location is wonderful. Nearby there is a very nice lake. Björn is very nice, friendly and always helpful. If we needed anything, Björn was very quick to respond. My children and I are very satisfied.
