The construction corresponds to a small bungalow (28 sqm). There is free public parking in the area, and there are 2 e-charging stations in front of the studio. Direct parking location, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, the surfaces disinfected. Check in/out via key box.

Super central yet very quiet, fully refurbished & rather spacious apartment with an artsy touch for your very special stay. High end, fully equipped kitchen & bathroom with large rain shower. South-west facing balcony. Super comfortable, king size designer bed as well as cozy sofa for your ultimate recovery after a day out in Berlin. Museum Island, Brandenburg Gate, Mitte's favourite cafes, restaurants etc. & Friedrichstr train station are just a stone's throw away. 1st floor with elevator.
