Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The LUNA is an exclusive, floating apartment in the loft style. The "LUNA" has a salon with a pantry kitchen, a double cabinet bed, a shower and a separate toilet. The "LUNA" blurs with its environment through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Air conditioning and exterior curtains protect against the heat and ensure pleasant temperatures. Underfloor heating provides comfortable warmth even on cold days. The houseboat is firmly located in our harbour and is only 7 km from Alex.

The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
