Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most forested and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree river about 500 m before Lake Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a sitting area with TV, a separate work area with desk as well as Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also an open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike, you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. At Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. By tram you can reach the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Köpenick town hall with Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From the Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram), you can immerse yourself in the big city bustle of Berlin after just 30 minutes.

Apartment by the park near the water

Lovingly designed apartment with box spring bed, kitchenette, small shower room with window and infrared heating, private patio terrace and private entrance in quiet residential area. The construction corresponds to a small bungalow (28 sqm). There is free public parking in the area, and there are 2 e-charging stations in front of the studio. Direct parking location, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, the surfaces disinfected. Check in/out via key box.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Cozy studio-apartment next to Wandlitz lake

Enjoy a peaceful retreat just 2 minutes from Wandlitz Lake in a cozy studio flat. The flat forms part of our own home but you will have your own separate entrance. Perfect for solo travellers, couples, or small families, it’s fully furnished and centrally located, just 30 minutes from Berlin. With self check-in you’ll have flexible arrival times. Shops, restaurants, and nature trails are all within walking distance. The friendly host lives next door to assist with any needs during your stay!

Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Loft (45 sqm) with terrace, Rummelsburger Bucht

This stylish two-room apartment with private entrance is perfect for your trip to Berlin and offers the perfect retreat in urban proximity. Friedrichshain, 10 min., Treptow, 15 min. & Kreuzberg, 20 minutes are within walking distance. In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

Cottage with sauna, directly on Lake Buckow

The cottage is situated in the small town Buckow, the pearl in the nature park "Märkische Schweiz", just 50 KM east of Berlin. One of the prettiest places in Germany. The cottage is behind the pink main building (see photo). The property is right at the lake Buckow. Next to the lake is a sauna, exclusively for guests of the cottage. The lake and the sauna are 100 m away from the cottage on the other side of the garden. Within the week the cottage is less expensive to rent.

Attic apartment with water view and private jetty

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

Oasis of the metropolis - loft in Lanke Castle

We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

120 sqm2 penthouse/attic apartment + sauna + fireplace

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

The high-quality and tastefully furnished apartment in Rummelsburg is at the same time quiet, central and conveniently located. It has 2 bright bedrooms, each with 2 single beds that can be combined into double beds, a modern bathroom and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Free parking is always easy to find. A high chair and travel cot are available for toddlers (please bring blankets and pillows for this).
