Hi there! We are starting to rent out our lovely house with beautiful seaview in a very quiet and peaceful area of Lake Millstatt. You can walk down to the lake in ~10 minutes (few beach options) and here is also a restaurant within 5 minutes walking distance. By car you will be in Spittal an der Drau in 20 minutes where there are numerous shopping options. It is highly recommended to arrive by car. 😊 We are looking forward to welcoming you! Gemütliche Wohnung im 1. Stock für bis zu 6 Personen (60 m²) mit schönem Balkon und herrlichem Seeblick. Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich renoviert. Die Wohnung ist praktisch aufgeteilt mit einer Wohnküche, einem Badezimmer, einem separaten Gäste WC und zwei Schlafzimmern. Jeweils mit modernem Boxspringbetten, Kleiderschrank, Spiegel und Flat-TV. Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt zusätzlich über ein Stockbett. Zwei Parkplätze und ein Raum für ihre Sportgeräte wie z. B. Fahrräder oder Ski sind vorhanden.

Deze barrierevrije bungalow is geschikt voor gezinnen, senioren, gehandicapten. Strand en alle voorzieningen zijn door alle gasten van onze huizen te gebruiken. 3 Bungalows totaal voor max 20 Pers. Ook als groepsaccomodatie te boeken. Geen huisdieren toegestaan. Bedlinnen, keukendoeken, handdoeken zijn aanwezig. Strandlakens moet u zelf meebrengen. Wasmachine niet in bungalows maar op aanvraag te gebruiken tegen betaling.Door vernielingen wordt borg € 250 euro verlangt.

At 220m2, Villa Ruah offers space for 8-10 people, and a large garden for sole use completes the offer.

Urlaub wie man ihn sich vorstellt

Am Weissensee in Kärnten, umgeben von den Gailtaler Alpen liegt das Landhäusl in Neusach. Das 90m² große Häuschen liegt etwas erhöht, ruhig, sonnig, jedoch nicht abgelegen. Bis zum hauseigenen Badestrand sind es ca. 300m. Zwei Kajaks, ein Stand Up Paddle und ein Floß sorgen für einen abwechslungsreichen Badespaß. Der Strand ist kindgerecht, das Wasser ist am Einstieg nur ca. 80cm hoch.

Das Apartment befindet sich in den Kärntner Nockbergen im Ortszentrum in unmittelbarer Nähe zum See. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Skigebiet Bad Kleinkirchheim mit zwei Thermen in 10 Minuten mit dem PKW. Für Sportliche: Radfahren, Wandern, Klettern, Bergsteigen, Skifahren, Skitouren, Paragliding, Eislaufen. Nach talien und Slowenien 40 Minuten.
