Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Spanish Springs

Really beautiful view! Cute area with restaurants within a 10 min driving distance. A lot of cleaning instructions - washing dishes, taking out trash, washing linens and one of the beds had no pillow cases. Other than that, I would stay again

We had a great stay in Carol’s Airbnb and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone coming to Reno and looking for a home away from home! The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and had everything we needed (special mention must be made of the completely equipped kitchen). The place is located on a cul-de-sac in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood - but still only a 2-3 minute drive away from gas and a supermarket. Carol greeted us warmly upon check-in and was always available whenever we had questions.

This very nice place was exactly as Robert described it — conveniently located, attractive, & comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Top Story is top-notch. Really well equipped kitchen with thoughtful extras like a Keurig coffee machine and pods and compostable plastic ziplocks for your picnic lunches. Comfortable beds. Fine wi-fi. Well-stocked bathroom (although the shower is a bit small). Nice design sense. The little touches like home-made baked goods and a welcome basket are definitely a plus. Wendy was both very pleasant and responsive. Would definitely chose Top Story for a Loyalton stay.

We stayed there for memorial weekend and absolutely liked the apartment. It was spacious, clean and has everything to enjoy the stay. We liked the kitchen especially, it has utensils, spices,and very clean without any bad odour. The location is so close that you can walk to the downtown and enjoy the stroll along the Truckee river. We will definitely stay at this place if visiting Reno again. Thanks Mike for making the stay very comfortable.

Jack's place was just what we were looking for. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, the Great Basin Co-op, and the Riverwalk. It was spacious for a two-bedroom. Clean & comfortable. Nothing fancy, but good value.

Really cute place with a full kitchen and spaces to sleep. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place especially for larger groups. We had 14 and everyone was comfortable. Just be aware that this house is 4 levels and the stairs are a consideration. Would go back again!

One of the best airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at ! Beautiful yard, everything you could possible need inside the house . Luxury bedding and bath towels . Super impressive place and we will be booking it again when we go to Reno Nv .

We absolutely loved our stay here! Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. House was exactly as described and very comfortable. One thing this house has over others is the beds….we have noticed that other houses have beds that feel like they will fall apart. These definitely were quality beds! Both Apple Maps and Google Maps tried to say we were there while on the main road, so it took a couple extra minutes to get to the house, to no fault of the hosts! We will try to book this house next year for our yearly trip.

A Perfect Reno Getaway! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in Reno! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and spacious the home was. Every room felt thoughtfully prepared and comfortable—plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy. The backyard was a true highlight! It’s beautifully landscaped and the fire pit made for cozy, memorable evenings under the stars. Whether we were sipping coffee in the morning or unwinding at night, it was our favorite spot to hang out. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was the amazing homeowner. Incredibly responsive, kind, and welcoming—going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. If you're planning a trip to Reno, look no further. This home is the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and hospitality. We’ll definitely be Back

Beautiful house! Very clean and the hosts were very responsive! I liked that there were plenty of towels and kitchen necessities! The house and stay was amazing. The neighborhood is beautiful. People are walking the streets with their dogs and running with their families! It felt very safe and peaceful.

If you are looking for a beautiful and comfortable home with all the amenities this is the place! We were a group of 8 and slept all of us very comfortably. Both hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would give this stay a 10/5 if I could! Would say here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed at Eric’s place while in the area for a wedding. The spot is conviently located near downtown Truckee while still being tucked away in a quiet part of the Donner ski resort. Eric was very accomodating of requested check in/out timing due to our wedding events, which made our stay all the more simplified.

There's no closer ski-in / ski-out condo in the village than the ones in Catamount! What makes this one special, though, is that it's so quiet with the balcony facing the mountains, and the massage chair is a real luxury! Excellent stay overall, will definitely return!

Loved our stay. Nebojsa & Sladana were very quick and responsive to questions before and during our stay. The place was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could have needed, and the location was great for ski in and out access. Bonus for being in the first floor. Hope to book again next season.

This condo feels like a home-away-from-home the moment you walk in. It’s tucked in a peaceful spot just minutes from Lake Tahoe, yet blissfully quiet at night. The kitchet is well equipped, the living room is awesome, and the beds are super comfy. If you want a stress-free base for exploring Tahoe—or simply for curling up with a book while pine trees sway outside—look no further.

Fantastic place to stay! Walking distance to some great restaurants and attractions. Great river view. One watch out (has nothing to do with the apartment): underground parking is very very tight. Alternatively you could consider parking across the river.

Nice, cozy space that had everything we needed. We were there off-season and so it felt a bit isolated as we seemed to be the only people in the building. Also, the snow pack was so high there was almost no light coming through the window, though that couldn't be helped!
