Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Spanish Springs

Beautiful place to stay, neighbor / area is good, and 2nd time we stayed at their comfy place. Make us feel like home,and we liked the place, they have games for us, keep us busy from going to the Casino.

Great space and very clean. We spent a lot of time on the patio and down by the river in the evenings. Even though it is a shared space, we never saw anyone else in the back yard. We would definitely return.

We stayed here for 2 months while our home was being remodeled. The house was amazing and Even was super! He even let us bring in some of our things since we were going to be there for so long. The neighborhood was so beautiful, especially the blooming trees in the spring. Evan was very responsive and so easy to work with! Thank you so much for making a wonderful experience!

This house was perfect for my family for our son's graduation. We're we're able to have a fabulous family barbeque and hang out and enjoy time together. Loved the backyard, the living space and board games. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was spotless.

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well stocked, perfect for our large family group! We had enough room for everyone, plenty of space for shared meals, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The host was super friendly and responded quickly to the questions we had. We loved visiting Lindes home. It was just as described in the pictures. Clean and well organized. Close proximity to UNR. The neighborhood was charming and walkable. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated all the attention to details throughout the house.

Wonderful condo: quiet, super clean and well-decorated, high ceilings, big windows, great view. An especially great stay of you are a dog owner… there is a walking trail around the lake right outside the door. Also walkable to great shopping and restaurants.

Laneys home was everything you could want for a beautiful stay in Reno! Her space is wonderfully designed, equipped with everything you might need to make a nice family meal the kitchen. We also enjoyed walking along the lake path to the nearby Indian restaurant. Thanks Laney for a fun and delightful experience in Reno!

The place was as described and looked like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to questions we had. The unit also had some extra bathroom amenities like eye makeup remover and Q-tips besides your usual shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They also gave a small s’more’s package. The kitchen had standard supplies but had some plastic dining ware that we were able to use for the kids. They also had a toy and book basket with games that my kids loved. Very family friendly. The location is a little farther from the ski lifts but completely walkable and in the village. We would definitely stay here again!

Rodrigo was very pleasant to work with. I had questions he answered back right away. This Condo worked out great. Like that it had 3 bedrooms. Those are not easy to find in the price range. I would book this plave again. Stephanie M.

We had a great stay at Lori’s place. The condo was as described, with plenty of space and close to the Northstar shuttle stop. The shuttle was easy to request and usually available within a few minutes even during ski week. One morning we did have to wait 15 minutes, but that was unusual. Lori was responsive when we needed help with something. We would happily stay again.

Staying in an apartment in Tahoe offers a unique blend of comfort and convenience, especially if you're looking to immerse yourself in the area's natural beauty. My recent experience highlighted some great aspects. The fully-equipped kitchen allowed for easy meal prep, which was perfect for when we wanted to enjoy a quiet evening after a day of hiking.

Beautiful house in a quiet, peaceful, private location! Amenities were plentiful and matched the description in the listing. Housed 10 people comfortably with plenty of space and bathrooms. Highly recommended!

Natalie went above and beyond making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in the front door. She is a great communicator and a pleasure to work with.

We have stayed in Tahoe Donner many times over the years but this was the first time at this house. The experience was great from start to finish. Hamish and Kim were super clear about what to expect, the house was so clean, perfectly furnished for relaxing and sleeping and it had everything needed for a couple of nice meals in. We needed to connect with Hamish and Kim a few times and they were always SUPER responsive and helpful - which is always so nice on weekends like this. We will for sure look to stay here again.

We loved the Adventure Cabin we rented! It was big enough for the four of us (2 adults and 2 children). It was nice that we were able to park behind it and unload/load our luggage. Our children enjoyed sleeping in the loft and having a washer and dryer was very convenient since it snowed and our boys spent so much time outside playing in the snow. We used the kitchen appliances and cooked our own meals. We look forward to returning sometime in the summer.

This place is awesome. We love the access to outdoor activities. Lauren was a great host and the place worked perfect for us.

It was a great stay, and my friends and I are very grateful to have had this stay at your cabin. Some of us were first timers at Truckee/Lake Tahoe and we enjoyed it a lot.

When I first arrived at the location, I walked to the side and saw four deer just relaxing no more than 50 feet away. That was really cool. This was such a beautiful, romantic, and cozy space, and honestly, I don’t think those words fully capture how much I appreciated staying here.

We had a lovely stay. Kim was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure we had what we needed to have a good time. The home is clean, bright, open and cozy. We would definitely come back.
