Sleeping among the sheep in the city of Utrecht

Close to the center of Utrecht is this beautiful and spacious accommodation in our meadow surrounded by our grazing sheep. Due to the location of the chalet, you have a lot of privacy and look out from the living room and bedroom over the meadow and orchard. In February and March, the lambs are born inside the barn. Of course, they can be admired and with nice weather they will walk outside during the day. Bike rental on location possible. Free parking is available on site with charging station.

It is a lovely detached cottage with air conditioning with all the comforts in a very rural setting in the spacious garden of our farm from 1703. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, a living room, spacious kitchen with all appliances and on the ground floor a spacious bathroom with a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. A puppy nursery is located on the property. The entire property is located in Eemnes. Only 30 minutes by car from Amsterdam and Utrecht and the bus stops almost at the door.

Our cozy furnished holiday chalet has a beautiful garden and a large terrace with a private jetty for a sloop or small motorboat. There is a direct sailing connection to the Loosdrechtse Plassen and the Vecht. It is beautifully located between the bulb fields in spring. Our accommodation is experienced by the children as very nice, close to mom and dad and yet their own place, parents have more privacy, there is an outdoor garden with a veranda where you can sit.... photos to follow, it's just finished, ....cycling in the area is recommended, ( free bikes )
