Balmoral – Apartment with view and large terrace

Apartment in a character villa located in the Balmoral district above the city of Spa (3 km). The apartment is located at garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. It has a separate entrance and a large terrace, two parts of which can be heated. It overlooks a large accessible garden and enjoys magnificent views of the valley.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. The 42 has just been completely renovated. It is a ground floor apartment, located next to the Ravel, a 5-minute walk to the city center, a 10-minute drive to Francorchamps. Guests can enjoy the thermal baths, take long walks in the woods, discover the area by bike. A garage for small cars is at your disposal, otherwise you can park your car for free nearby.

Our cottage, for 2 people, is an ideal romantic pied-à-terre. It is quietly located in the village of Harzé. It is also the perfect place for outdoor activity lovers. I provide you with ELECTRIC BIKES and a GPS. Closed garage for your bikes and motorcycles. Our cottage is close to the Remouchamps Caves, Monde Sauvage, Ninglinspo, Durbuy, Spa, La Roche en Ardennes, Coo Waterfall, ski slopes and many local breweries.

Come and discover the wonders of the Spadoise region in this comfortable apartment, quiet and ideally located at the start of many walks and other activities that make the reputation of Spa and its surroundings. Request our Special Family Price with 2 children under the age of 12 (discount upon request). Important info: we put the bedding only on request and for an extra charge of 10euros/pers, for the whole stay.

Sunny & comfortable One-Room-Apartment in Aachen

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

The studio of Villa Madeleine

3 km from the thermal baths and 5 km from the Francorchamps circuit, in our Villa 3 facades, we offer a small 32 m² studio on the second floor. This studio consists of a living room (kitchenette area, sofa, table), bedroom and shower room (with toilet). The entrance to the villa and half of the stairwell are therefore shared with the owners who live in the rest of the Villa.

Small independent apartment on the ground floor of a large house, close to everything, but sheltered in the woods; for cocooning or as a simple base, this accommodation is suitable for a couple with or without children, even young children.
