Monthly Rentals in Spa Beach

We wanted to get away from the cold winter in Indiana and find a place where we could work remotely. January at Lisa's condo was perfect. One of us worked at the large desk with monitor and the other worked at the large kitchen counter. The view is the best thing about the unit. Just beautiful. The kitchen had what we needed and the toaster oven/air fryer was very useful. The king size bed is very comfortable. The washer and dryer are huge and seemed brand new. We did not have any issues, but Lisa is very responsive when contacted. The complex is great for walking along the water and everyone was very friendly. The area outside of the complex is neighborhoods so you have to drive 10-15 minutes to get to any stores or restaurants. We would highly recommend!

Every detail was attended to right down to the fresh smell of the pillows!! She had snacks, water bottles and more importantly, ice! And it was not freezer burned, who knows how long it was there ice. Cute little coffee shop about a minute walk right behind the apartment. Convenient off street parking; quiet, safe & secure. Marilyn was very quick to respond to all communication from booking to good-bye. She was quite gracious letting me check in early. Her place is a short drive Treasure Island beach and even shorter to downtown St. Pete activities. Definitely highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.

My partner and I visited over Valentine’s Day weekend, and it was the perfect place to stay. The suite was clean, private and well thought out. It was a short walk to nearby restaurants, and very close to downtown. I would stay here again, and recommend to any of my friends or family!

Lisa was an amazing host. The Airbnb was lovely and had everything we needed. In a safe, quiet, location that’s very walkable. The unit was clean, very well stocked, and a pleasure to stay at. Lisa was very kinda and let me check in early. Booked this the night before after deciding to extend our trip. She said we could check in anytime in the morning. Super thankful for great hosts like her.
