House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!

This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

We do not charge a cleaning fee, we expect a contribution from you
