Les Aulnes – Ile de Malvy

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Le Cosy

Le Cosy is located within a farmhouse in Marange, a small village of Hiersac, in the countryside, while being close to Angouleme (- 20 min.) and Cognac (25 min.). But also to: - 1h 05 from La Vallee des Singes - 1h20 of the first beaches on the Atlantic coast - 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Zoo de la Palmyre, Futuroscope or Bordeaux - 1h40 from the Aquarium of La Rochelle or the Poitevin marsh We live there in the terraced house at Le Cosy.

Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

In our country house, just 12 minutes from Angoulême, we invite you to stay in the 50 m2 private apartment that we had furnished for our children, recently completely renovated, equipped and carefully decorated. 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen with sofa bed and 1 shower room/toilet. From June to September, free access to the terrace and heated pool as well as a private outdoor dining/shaded relaxation area. Up to 6 guests.

36 m2 outbuilding adjoining a large Charentais house. Bathroom with private shower, toilet, no kitchen but microwave and refrigerator. Large garden with swimming pool. Private indoor parking (vehicles, bicycle, motorcycle). Shelter for 2-wheelers. Breakfast available for €7.50/person. Meal option: €17.50/person. Please let us know the day before. 15 minutes by car from Angoulême and La Rochefoucauld.

Air-conditioned studio by the river - shared pool

Independent 30 m² air-conditioned studio in a 4000 m² park by the river. River access directly from the garden. Swimming pool shared with us and heated from June to September (access from 10 am to 7 pm). 10 min from the city center of Angoulême. A little slice of heaven: an oasis in the heart of the city and a good hour from the first beaches on the Atlantic coast.

Gite " La baronne"

New, cottage in quiet hamlet with a magnificent view of the countryside, 20 minutes south of Angoulême, spacious furnished in a large Charentaise house with a large private shaded park of 3000 m². Two terraces, one of which is accessible directly from one of the largest bedrooms and from the ground floor hallway, the other from the kitchen area.
