A charming Logis de chasse (hunting lodge) dating from 1666, on the edge of the village of Saint German de Montbron, nestling in the beautiful Charente countryside. We have two very spacious bedrooms, a large salon, kitchen and bathroom. All is fully modernised. Access to the garden for outdoor dining, barbecue, all in a very pretty garden. Use of the owners above ground pool and 2 acres of garden. We also have a second gite, for two people, listed on Airbnb, making it ideal for larger groups.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with sofa BZ, kitchenette and dining area, fridge, plaque... large plot, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, Romanesque church of the 11th.. For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not respond to requests for more than 4 nights.

Quiet studio shared pool and secure parking

Relax at this quiet and stylish home. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard district and Les Planes, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Access to the bus is served 3 minutes on foot. The entrance to the studio is done independently by a secure electric sliding gate with a pass. The studio is in a building attached to our main house.
