This house was a great fit for our family. Close to our friends and favorite locations. The house was very clean and felt like home away from home. Everything worked as it should without the need for instruction (including the TV). Neighborhood is excellent and cannot be matched for the price.

It was a cute house, with a nice pool and places to lounge. Located in a nice private area. We enjoyed our stay

Everything was just as described. Great location, near downtown. We came to go to the beach and it's about 30 minutes away. Place was spotless and linens were clean.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic!! We loved just the peace and quiet. We had a great time not only when we were out but just relaxing at the house. We were just so in love with everything. Edwards place was WONDERFUL! We enjoyed our stay here. The view from the deck is amazing and My husband and I loved sitting out and looking over the water. I highly recommend this place and I would love to come back and stay again.

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

This was a great peaceful place! Perfect for my work trip! I was literally close to everything great food near bye . The beach was only 30 minutes! Me and my daughther did a splash and paint room that wasn’t far it was amazing on fridays Jax beach has silent party on the pier for all ages but it was cancelled. I look forward to visiting again and bringing my fur babies.

Wow the studio is amazing, a lot bigger than I expected as well. And Camy was great accommodating my stay at the last minute. Great place and great host. Looking forward for my next trip to Jacksonville and I’ll for sure came back to stay in Camy’s studio. :)

Me and my girlfriend loved it here. This place was utterly gorgeous! The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. The scenery of the water and sunrises every morning were amazing. The place had an abundance of amenities. The furniture, linenes, and towels all were very high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped which was a big deal for me. Karen and Craig's place is a great stay no doubt!! We will be booking here again when we visit Jax Beach in the future.

Good views and beautiful home. Setting up the Murphy bed was tiresome after a long drive but once we put it together it was extremely comfortable. Overall, enjoyed the stay and loved the easy beach access

We had a wonderful stay! This was actually our second time visiting this rental because we loved it so much the first time. Beautiful views, wonderful location, and the hosts are great communicators. The only recommendation I had was to get a new grill because the one there is very weathered and we could hardly cook our food on it because most of the burners weren’t working. This can happen to anything outside in the elements by the ocean though, so I would absolutely return again. Highly recommend this spot!

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

Had a great stay in Jax Beach. As a local to the area I knew this was a great choice for a spur of the moment stay. Close to local activities. Nicole provided a fantastic list of local restaurants. Being right at the beach with choice of time in the ocean or enjoying the pool was priceless.
