Condo holiday rentals in Southside, Jacksonville

This space was beautiful and well laid out. Anytime we had a question, the answers came right away. We had zero issues with our stay. The place was exactly what we were looking for! I really never wanted to leave!

We thoroughly enjoy our visit. The condo was immaculate, very clean, and the attention to detail was appreciated. Check in was easy, the furniture was updated (and spotless), and the bathroom was large with 2 sinks and additional bath amenities (nice touch). Sheets were soft and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Would highly recommend and return. Would have loved a TV in the bedroom next time! Thank you for such a memorable weekend.

Wonderful studio, a minute from the beach. Very clean and pretty. Only thing I suggest is that they provide Keurig for coffee and tea, since they provided cream and sugar! Also, provide salt and pepper, oil and vinegar, and ice!

Everything was great and Chris was very prompt with responding to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

What a great little spot in the world. I felt like I was spending the night in a castle. The surroundings are beautiful. The place was clean and comfortable and had absolutely everything I would’ve wanted. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Kristi’s place was amazing and exactly what I needed for a beach getaway. It even came complete with beach gear which came in handy. Highly recommend!

Staying at this condo at world gold village felt like we were staying in a beautiful hotel. The amenities were fantastic and not busy at all. My family had a great time and would highly recommend this rental.

This was a perfect stay for us and our nine month old! We had a great time using the pool and even booked a massage at the spa. The check in was seamless, the place was clean and had everything we needed including items for our infant. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent communication from the host, very responsive. This unit has a great location, right on the beach. The outside of the building looks a little bit dated, but the unit has been remodeled and is beautiful and modern inside. Lots of beach toys included.

The rental was extremely nice. There were lots of perks and supplies were plentiful. It was close to the beach and not far from the Omni or the shopping area. Cheryl was very easy to communicate with and seems to go above and beyond. If we go back, I would not hesitate to book Cheryl’s Sea Shed again.

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

We had stayed in this condo years ago and was very impressed with how well they are maintained! Great view of ocean to enjoy beautiful sunsets. We would stay there again.

I stay here for 3 months while working in Jacksonville felt like going home after work would definitely stay there again.

Roxanne was an incredible host and her place was just as described. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach. Our two dogs loved staying at her home, too, and we were so glad they could enjoy the beach with us. Roxanne was quick to communicate and recommend food in the area as well as tips on what to order where (she was spot on). We will absolutely come back!

Fantastic stay! Great location, beach front and pool access. The condo was pristine and updated with key amenities. Pull out couch to easily sleep 6. Scott was super responsive and even offered early check in and late check out.

This is a great location - easy walk onto the beach, as well as to Publix, coffee and restaurants. Once we parked, we never needed to drive again. This section of the beach does not allow vehicles (which we preferred), and is also dog friendly. The condo matched the description as well as the photos...it was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. There was plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc - we didn't need it all, but it was well stocked. The host is very responsive to messages as well. It was a great stay and we'd visit again!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Michelle's condo. Perfect for two people. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had it all. Loved the tall outside chairs for viewing the ocean and pool below. Great having beach chairs that seemed brand new. Wish we could have seen the sunrise from the deck but the sun moves throughout the year so it wasn't in our viewing area. However, we enjoyed the short walk to the beach in the early morning to catch it. Great beach for fast walking. Go horseback riding in the morning it was so peaceful, there is two companies and they're both great! If we come back to Amelia Island we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Michelle!😊

We loved our stay! The view from the room was incredible and the beach area never seemed too crowded. The place had everything we needed and even additional things which was a plus. We only had a minor issue with the AC but Karen was quick to respond and we got it fixed quickly! Would stay again!

Kelly and Bob have a great place that is very close to Route A1A in Ponte Vedra Beach, retail stores, restaurants, and the beach. We had the added bonus of being within a mile of family. The condo was very spacious and well-appointed. Everything was as we imagined it, and more. We hope to have the opportunity for a return stay in the not-too-distant future. Mark

From the time we arrived until we left, it was a peaceful and lovely get away. Lauren was great to respond when we had any questions . Would definitely stay here again and recommend it for a peaceful, relaxing beach getaway!

Darlene is very kind and responds quickly to any questions. The condo is an easy walk to a private beach. Being on the first floor and parking right in front is a plus. It was very nicely decorated and quiet even though it was a holiday weekend. Thank you for everything Darlene

We had a great time. Loved being close to the beach. Much better than our last trip a year ago at a different host’s condo where we were locked out of our room for hours trying to get help to get back in. I swore that I’d never do that again. However the game changer was that Staley is local and gave me her contact number in case I needed anything. That’s why I gave it another chance. I’m very glad that I did. I didn’t need anything, but knew I could contact Staley if I did. We did communicate while I was there, but no emergencies happened. I plan on returning in the future. Porta Del Sol condominium was the prefect stay for a little get away. It’s located in a beautiful resort surround by breathtaking homes. Great for walking or bike riding. Just a 35 min trip to St. Augustine which is a gorgeous historical city. Close to gas stations, grocery stores and shopping. I would highly recommend Nahm’s Air bnb to anyone and would 10/10 stay there again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful cozy stay. My husband and I had the best time!
