The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and felt just like home from the moment we arrived. My family and I especially loved the pool—it was a highlight of our trip! This place was spotless. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. I judge by the mattress and I can say my back is pain free today! Aldo was nice and even let us know that it would be ready for early check in if we needed it. We didn’t cook anything but the kitchen was super clean. I will be booking here again! It’s really close to great dining and shopping, as well. ***Thank you for being a 5 star host! ***

We rented this house to use for my daughter’s wedding. Christine was so accommodating to our needs. The house was just lovely and extremely clean. I can’t wait to see how the pictures come out bc every inch of this house was adorable!

Me and my girlfriend loved it here. This place was utterly gorgeous! The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. The scenery of the water and sunrises every morning were amazing. The place had an abundance of amenities. The furniture, linenes, and towels all were very high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped which was a big deal for me. Karen and Craig's place is a great stay no doubt!! We will be booking here again when we visit Jax Beach in the future.

this was the most perfect Airbnb for us, and we will definitely be back ! The place is gorgeous, we walked in and instantly knew we made the right choice. Great vibes, awesome restaurants and felt private and cozy at the home. I really enjoyed my extended stay! The place was thoughtfully put together with all the amenities, toiletries, and hygienic products I could need. There is a great amount of privacy and Chris was attentive through my stay. A true home away from home! Cozy! And comfortable!

This apartment is perfect for a family or group stay. Everything was clean and neat, decorated without being cluttered, and had everything we needed. The location is a short walk to the river or from the shops in San Marco, with easy access to the interstates. Check in and out were effortless and Angie was always very responsive. We are somewhat local, and needed something close to the hospital for family, and this was perfect. We will be back when we need something in the area. Thanks Angie

Gary & Rachael were wonderful hosts! The unit was spotless, beautifully renovated, and thoughtfully maintained. The building is a bit older, but you don’t feel that at all inside, it felt brand new, cozy, and really nice. As a solo female traveler, I appreciated the gated entry and having the parking spot right at the door. The pull-down Murphy bed was super easy to set up and put away daily, and the mattress topper made it very comfortable. I loved the surprise ocean and pier view from the couch, thanks to a lower sand dune in front of the unit. The property also has direct beach access, a pool, and washer/dryer units (though I didn’t use them). I had a few questions, including when I first arrived and had a little trouble getting in, and the hosts responded quickly each time. They also shared great local tips. I came looking for a quiet place to write, and this was exactly what I needed. I’d definitely stay again!

The rental was extremely nice. There were lots of perks and supplies were plentiful. It was close to the beach and not far from the Omni or the shopping area. Cheryl was very easy to communicate with and seems to go above and beyond. If we go back, I would not hesitate to book Cheryl’s Sea Shed again.

This was a great stay and I would love to come back soon and everything was great from the easy check in and an easy check out. The area was great.

Having a child with medical conditions we searched for a place close to the beach, the location was amazing and as close to the beach as you can get. It was clean and had all the amenities you would need. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We will definitely revisit this location when we return to Jacksonville.

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again
